Once month later...

"Come on, Bellie! Crawl to momma!"
Isabella lets out a cute little giggle and crawls from Evan to Jessica.
"Ah! Good girl!" She picks her up and kisses her cheek.
"You're such a big girl!"
"Good job, Bella!" Evan smiles.
"Say thank you, daddy!" Jessica says in a baby voice.

The doorbell rings and Jessica stands up, "They're here!" She smiles.

Dorothy and Sarah were on their way to pick Jessica up and take her wedding dress shopping.

She opens the door with Isabella on her hip and smiles, "Hey you guys!"
"Hi baby! Oh my gosh, I'm gonna cry!" Dorothy puts her hands on her face.
"Oh ma, don't cry!"
"Yeah, why are you crying?!" Sarah rubs her back.
"My baby's getting married! I didn't get to throw her a wedding the last time."
"Yeah.. sorry about that..."
"Well that one didn't count anyway." She says making Jessica laugh.

"Alright, well let me get my purse and we can head out."

"Sweetie, are you sure you don't want me to take the baby?"
"I'm sure, we're gonna have a girls day, aren't we, Bellie?!" She smiles and bounces her.
Isabella smiles, grabs her face and leans on her.
"You're such a sweet girl!" She says in a cute voice.
"Besides, you and Chris are going somewhere, she doesn't want to hang out with the sticky boys all day, does she? Does she?!" She smiles at the baby.
Evan chuckles and says, "Alright, well you girls be careful."
"We will. love you, baby." She kisses his lips.
"Love you too."

Jessica was excited to look at wedding dresses, but inside she had great sadness.
When she was younger, she and Sam eloped, and her family was miles away.
Not only did she go against them, but she missed making so many amazing memories.
The biggest one was that her dad didn't get the opportunity to walk her down the isle.
Now that she's getting married, all these emotions are coming back, and she has been feeling extremely guilty.
She's kept it to herself, and hasn't even told Evan. However, all that may change, when she sees herself in a real wedding dress for the first time.

She looks around and tells the woman what she wants.
"I want a clean white mermaid style dress!" She smiles and runs her hands down her body.
Sarah scoffs and says, "White, Jess? Really?"
"Shut up!" She gives her a look, then turns around and smiles at the worker.

Jessica tries on the first one and walks out. Dorothy bursts into tears when she sees her.
"Oh mom! Don't do that!"
"I'm sorry, Jessie, I just can't help it!"
"But then you're gonna make me cry!" She says crying.
"No Jessica, don't cry!"
"Well I can't help it!" She cries harder.
"Oh Jessie... you look so beautiful!"
"You sure do, Jess. Doesn't mommy look beautiful, Bella?" Sarah says with Isabella on her lap.
Isabella smiled at her and scrunched her nose.
"You're so pretty, baby!" Jessica smiles and wipes her eyes.

"Jessie..."
"Hmm?" She looks at her mother.
"You have yet to look at yourself."
A nervous look appears on her face and she takes a deep breath.

Jessica looks down, turns around and walks towards the mirror. She steps up on a small platform and slowly looks up at her reflection.
"Woah..."

*Chuckles*

"... I'm a bride."
"The most beautiful bride I've ever seen." Dorothy says.
"Thank you.
This is so weird."
"Do you like that dress? It's gorgeous." Sarah says.
"I love it."

Dorothy stands up and walks over to her. She looks at her in the mirror and rubs her arm, "Oh Jessie.. Your daddy would be so proud."
Jessica's face drops and her lips quiver.
Her eyes become red and watery.
"You okay?" Her mom asks.
Jessica just looks down and nods her head.
Dorothy doesn't know what to say, so she just rubs her back.
