Rhaegar Targaryen X Sister!Reader - Brother (Requested)

"You must be the stupidest man in the Seven Kingdoms," you hissed at Rhaegar, watching as he rolled his eyes at you. "What did you think you were doing, giving the crown to the Stark girl? You have a wife," you exclaimed and he shrugged his shoulders at you.

"You're over-reacting, it isn't a big deal," he told you and you scoffed at him.

"It isn't a big deal? Do you not hear how stupid you sound? The girl is betrothed to Robert Baratheon. He'll be furious," you starting, putting a hand to your head in frustration. "Some times I wonder if we are even related," you added as you looked at his confused face. "Oh Gods, Oberyn," you exclaimed again.

"What about him?" your brother asked and you shook your head in disbelief.

"He's your wife's brother. If Robert doesn't kill you, he's sure to," you spat at him as you let out a deep sigh. "What possessed you to do it?" you asked again, still in a state of shock.

He shrugged again before speaking. "She was pretty," he told you and you grabbed the book sitting on the table smacking at his upper body with it as he yelped at you to stop.

"When we were in the womb, I must have gotten the whole fucking brain," you growled at him as he disarmed you, throwing the book across the room so that you couldn't grab it again. "Because you, sure as Seven Hells, don't have one," you finished and he had to bite his lip to stop from laughing at your angry expression.

"I didn't think it would be such a big deal," he started again, before you both fell silent, hearing the clanking of armour growing louder as it approached the tent. A slip of light was thrown across the room as the tent flaps were pulled open to reveal a furious Robert Baratheon.

"You're a cunt, Targaryen," he growled as he walked in, his hammer gripped tightly in his hand as he advanced on your twin. You quickly put yourself between them, pressing your hands against Robert's breast plate and pushing him as hard as you could.

"Please, Robert, he didn't mean anything by it," you cried out as he hesitated looking down at your tiny form in front of him.

"Move Y/N, or I will move you," he grunted at you. He wouldn't hurt you, you were certain of it, he had been your friend since you were young, but you had never seen him look so furious.

"Robert, I beg of you don't hurt him. He didn't mean to cause offence, but he's a fool of a boy," you told him, your hands still on his chest. You heard his breathing start to slow as he thought about it. "And he's my brother, please," you added as you stared up at him.

"Fine," he grunted, looking over at your brother. "But if he goes anywhere near Lyanna, I'll cave in his skull," he continued and you nodded quickly, managing a small smile.

"If he's stupid enough to go near her, I'll cave his skull in for you," you uttered and he gave a short chuckle before moving away from you. "Thank you, Robert," you told him as you pressed your lips to his cheek softly, smiling up at him before going to sit down, leaving him to walk out. "You owe me so fucking bad," you hissed at Rhaegar, once you were certain that Robert was out of earshot. "And to pay me back you will stay away from Lyanna Stark," you told him, and he nodded as he came to sit opposite you.

"I don't think she's pretty enough to get my head caved in over," he joked and you shook your head.

"I mean it, Rhaegar, I can't protect you forever, and I don't want to see you killed over something so stupid as a girl being pretty," you bit at him and he gave you a smile.

"I promise I wont go near her, I wont even look her way," he told you and you smiled in thanks.

"Now," you spoke again. "I think you should go and apologise to your wife, or you'll have her brother to worry about. My charm doesn't work so well on Oberyn," you told him and he groaned before getting back to his feet and walking out of the tent.
