"We drugged him because he obviously wouldn't have willingly came with us, unlike you," Harry explained, taking a seat as the aircraft began to move.

"Why are you abducting him?" I questioned with a frown, taking the seat next to Sami's head, lifting it before setting it on my lap. No matter how annoyed and frustrated I was with Sami, he was still my only friend who helped me out a lot when I was at Omega.

"Because, if anyone tampered with your memories, it must be him. Plus, he might have some information on what Viola's true intentions are," A man with brunette hair, big brown eyes, and a deep voice spoke. "I'm Damien. I was...your friend," he mumbled awkwardly, pressing his lips.

"I'm Jade," A blonde shorthaired woman spoke up, waving at me with a bright smile, which instantly made me feel better because I was feeling awful for not knowing these people. "That's Vicky," she said pointing to another blonde woman, dressed in the most gorgeous golden gown that smiled kindly at me. "And that's Seth," she gestured to another brunette haired man, who nodded curtly at me, shooting a genuine smile.

"I feel like I need to apologize for not remembering any of you-" I began to say awkwardly before Jade stopped me, smiling softly.

"It's not your fault Scarlett, you don't have to apologize for anything. Omega did this to you, and they will pay for they did," Jade said to me firmly. Her determination was admirable and strangely enough much more intense than mine. Perhaps it was because I didn't exactly know what happened.

We were on air now, the aircraft gently rocking now and then as we moved in the air. All of a sudden, the noise of what seemed like a loud explosion erupted through the silence that had momentarily settled upon us. Everyone's eyes were wide with surprise, including mine, even though part of me knew Viola would do something like this. The aircraft didn't have windows, but I was pretty sure the venue where the ball was held up was now being eaten away by fierce flames.

"You were planning to bomb the place this entire time?" Seth arched a brow at me questioningly.

"Not exactly. We were planning to assassinate The Comet and specific leaders of those minor agencies. Bombing the place would've meant you all dying too, or at least risking that, Omega wouldn't allow that to happen," I explained as everyone listened attentively.

"So, what are Omega's plans for us Scarlett?" Seth continued to ask, his tone challenging as in testing to see if they could trust me.

"I honestly don't know. Viola is the only person who knows, and maybe even Sami," I said, ticking my head towards Sami who still lay there unconscious.

"Good thing we abducted him," Seth muttered, before he went off playing with a small knife in his hands.

Everyone else grew quiet after that, probably finding it awkward with my presence here. I sighed heavily to myself, setting my clutch by my side and fiddling around my dress that was becoming increasingly annoying. I almost didn't notice Harry approaching me and sitting on the empty seat beside me, his elbows on his knees as he leaned forwards with his fingers linked together.

"Scarlett," Harry started, his voice hesitant and unsure. "Do you know what happened to you five months ago?" he asked me, his tone making me wary as I frowned.

"Yeah, I got into an accident while on a mission and I lost my memories, at least that's what Omega told me," I told him, noticing how everyone who was quietly listening in, widened their eyes significantly. "What? It's not true, is it?"

"It's not. Scarlett, you died five months ago," Jade said quietly, her words causing baffling me to say the least. "You were on a mission in Norway with us, and you fell off a cliff."

"I fell off a w-what?" I gasped, utterly stunned by this new information I had just received.

"Hey let's not overwhelm her. I think we should just wait till we get back and Sami is awake," Damien suggested, making me shake my head.

"No, tell me everything about my death. I died five months ago and then what? You all just moved on?" I questioned, my eyes darting to each person questioningly.

"When you died, we looked for your body but it wasn't there. The cliff was located near a body of water so we scanned the entire place for your body but it wasn't there. But after a month or so, we found it and it was in pieces, supposedly ripped apart by bull sharks. The face was unidentifiable since the sharks ripped it apart, but the DNA matched yours so we genuinely thought you were dead," Harry explained gently, leaning forwards with his elbows on his knees.

"Okay, but obviously that body isn't really me. Omega faked my death," I murmured, figuring it out before I looked down at Sami. "We'll talk about this more once we arrive and Sami wakes up, but for now you need to get this tracking device out of my arm immediately."

Harry nodded sharply, asking Jade to do it for me since she was the medic of Valkyrie. Jade came over with a medical kit, questioning me on where the microchip was located and etc. With my guidance, she worked quickly and safely in getting the microchip out and stitching me up expertly. She asked if Sami had one too, making me shake my head in response. The microchips were only installed into the members of αήττητος since we were apparently incredibly important and if any of us get away, just like I was doing so right now, Viola would be able to locate me.

For the rest of the ride, Sami lay unconscious while Harry sat next to me and we conversed a little. During my time with Omega I had gotten pretty good at reading faces and emotions and it hurt my heart when I could just look at his face and pick up about five different emotions he was feeling. Happiness and relief were two of them, mostly for the fact that I was alive after all. Frustration was a big one, obviously because I couldn't remember him nor my memories with him that were probably too precious to lose. Misery; mainly for the fact that I didn't remember the memories of how we fell in love and etcetera.

"I figured since this was a gift to you from me," I started to say; fishing out the necklace I usually wore with his ring as the pendent. "I probably should give it back," I said sheepishly, sliding the silver ring off the chain and holding it up for him.

He smiled softly at me, picking it from my fingers and holding it between his for a few seconds. I felt like he was having a moment, his gaze fixated on the ring as he probably reminisced about the day I supposedly gifted that ring to him. By the way he swallowed thickly and pressed his lips together as he tried to hold in his emotions, the memory must be sentimental. I watched him as he traced the word 'Always' that was engraved into the metal with his thumb, the corners of his lips quirking up slightly.

My eyes took a moment to study him even more now that I was up close to him and he was busy caught up reliving a memory. He was undeniably handsome. His lengthy chocolate hair reached the tops of his shoulders; tiny curls twisting around his ears and strong jaw. His cheekbones were sharp, lips alluringly pink and plump, along with those gorgeous piercing green eyes of his. It baffled me as to how on earth did the past me manage to get a man who looked like that?

I was brought out of my thoughts when I felt a large thud before the whirring noise of the air craft began to decrease in volume. We were landing. Once we landed, Seth and Damien carried Sami out as I trailed behind them with Harry. I met two other men whom were flying the aircraft the entire time, Max and Vlad, the ones in charge of Valkyrie. Vlad shot me a smile, parting his lips to speak.

"Welcome back, Scarlett."
