Be a Warrior like Walt.

105 5 2

Today I am writing to y'all with a very heavy heart. My mom woke me this morning with heart shattering news. Walt the Warrior passed away yesterday at 10:56 am, and they posted about it at around 11:00 last night. This family is going through the worst thing any parent could ever go through: the loss of a child. I don't understand the pain that they're feeling right now, but I do know one thing. They're little boy impacted thousands of lives in his 9 months on this earth. The Morris' are so strong in their faith and I admire them for how strong they have been in this chapter of their lives. My prayer for this family is that they have peace during this time and that they see just how much of an impact their little Warrior had in this world. Walt is no longer suffering, and I'm so happy that he's not in pain anymore, but I'm heart broken over his death. I pray that everyone will be a Warrior like Walt was, and that we never forget how amazing this little guy was. Walt is Home now with God after taking his last breath in his mother's arms yesterday while holding his father's hand. Always remember that God is Big Enough, and be a Warrior like Walt was. RIP Walt Morris (November 18, 2015-August 30,2016) #warriorsforwalt #waltthewarrior #RIPWalt

Please keep the Morris family in your prayers tonight. For more information on Walt's amazing story, go to Warriorsforwalt on instagram or the website.

Isaiah 41:13 (NIV)
"For I am the Lord your God
    who takes hold of your right hand
and says to you, Do not fear;
    I will help you."

God helped Walt by bringing him
Home because Walt is no longer in pain. My hope is that everyone remembers this verse and applies to their lives just as the Morris' did to theirs.
