My wolf growls as he begs to be let out. I am just about to bend to his command when I hear my name being shout from behind me.
"Charles!" I turn around to see Papa rushing over to me. I know his wolf is present because his eyes are pitch black, much like mine are right now.
"What!?" I roar as my wolf fights to be let out. I knew whatever Papa had to say must be important if he chased after me like he did.
"I know right now if hard for you, for the whole pack, but you can't be attacking your brother because of your pain! I know he had no right to say any of that, but to be an Alpha you need to be able to keep your cool at times like that." He exclaims as if he just suggested that the whole conversation was my fault.
"You know what Father, I don't need this right now. I already have enough on my plate, god, and to think I thought you were actually on my side, but nope, no one is. I'm all alone? Aren't I?" I asked as I looked him in the eyes. I saw the confliction in his eyed and knew I was right.
"That's what I thought." I said scoffed. He looked torn between wanting to disagree and wanting to tell the truth, but I knew I was on my own, I will always be on my own.
I sigh as I stretch out on the ground. It has been a long time since I have had a good meal and had a full nights sleep. I had been able to find a couple of bunnies running around and decided they would do. I buried the bodies so that no rouges would sniff them out and come and attack me for them, although I was already done with them and they could keep them. I went back and ate a few more apples before finding a stream and getting a drink before washing off, I didn't want to be drinking my dirt if I did wash off in the water before drinking.
I felt remorse for having to kill the innocent animals but it was there life or possibly mine. And even though it sounds selfish, I would rather live then letting the bunnies live.
My ears perk up as I hear the sound of branches crushing coming from the left of me. I freeze although I know if it is another wolf then he has already scented me and knows I am here. It takes a few minutes before the noise starts again, but this time it is a voice.
"I'm so stupid, to think I actually was trying to fix our relationship. Nobody cares anymore, all they want is an Alpha, they don't want a son, or brother, or nephew. They don't care about me, they care about the position and the pack. I can't believe I fell for it." I hear someone mutter, the deep husky voice sending pleasurable shivers down my back. His scent finally reached my nose and I almost moan from the smell of his. Must, but with a hint of apple, man.
I must not have held in all of my moans because I hear all the noise stop, including the muttering. Soft footsteps head in my direction and I freeze, not sure if I should run or stay to meet the man that have me all hard on with just his scent. My muscle seize up at the thought of leaving and I know that option is out of the answer.
My eyes stay trained on the area of grass to my left, waiting to see the man who can leave me a panting mess with just saying a word. It only takes a few more minutes before a pair of legs show up in my vision cutting off the view of the now trampled grass.
I lift my gaze up amd momentarily stop at his hardened package before moving on to his toned abs and chest. He is tall, reaching well abobe six feet, sinful black hair and emerald green eyes. Eyes that rival any gem you could find. My blush is prominent as I finally connect eyes with him, and I know, he's mine.
I shift back into my human form as I reach a clearing in the trees, my wolf starts whimpering in my head but I just assume it is because of what just went down at dinner. I barely notice the dirt that looks like it was just newly dug up amd start pacing around the small clearing.
"I'm so stupid, to think I actually was trying to fix our relationship. Nobody cares anymore, all they want is an Alpha, they don't want a son, or brother, or nephew. They don't care about me, they care about the position and the pack. I can't believe I fell for it." I mutter angrily as I stomp on the poor grass and branches.
I continue to stomp around until I hear assumed faint noise come somewhere from the right. I tlit my head and sniff the air and notice a faint scent coming from where I heard the noise. It makes my package swell and my nostrils flare. I start heading in the direction, purposely making noise so the wolf will know I am heading in his direction.
I part the leaves that are in front of my face and walk into another small clearing, but this time I see a small man, well, small compared to me. He probably reaches about five foot eight inches, has slim build like a swimmer, smooth dark brown hair and violet eyes. I didn't even know it was possible to have violet eyes, maybe there is something written about it in werewolf history?
I watch as his sexy plump mouth opens and a growl comes out of his mouth. I can see the reaction my body has done for my mate, and the reaction my body has had from my mate. I hear him growl again but this time a word, and I can't help but agree with him, he's mine.
