3 months later..
Looking at the window and looked up. The sky is really couldy today. I looked at my phone to check what time is it now because I have to get ready to fly to New York to attend the Charity Event.
100 days after the last time I saw Aaron , that is the most painful day of my life. I cried , I drink , I sleep and it keeps going.
The more I realise we can't be together is that I love him. I care for him , I love everything about him but we just can't. Our family , his commitment and my feelings. For him , I'm only a challenge. A challenge that he has to complete but he can't.
In the middle I ended up falling for him , the more I hate him the more I love him. Which is sucks! I never meet Drake again , I shut boys from my life for awhile. I haven't date anyone since that day again.
"Are you coming to New York?" Rose asked from the other line
"I am" I said
"Good we're going to have fun , how long you will stay here?" She asked
"3 days maybe , I have to go back to UK again" I said as I looked at my watch
"That's too short , at least a week!"
"I can't Rose , maybe next time I'll come and visit you" I chuckled
"Sophia" She called
"Hmm?"
"Aaron will come to the Charity Event you know?" She asked and I sighed.
"Yeah"
"Are you ready to face him?"
"No" I answered shortly because it pains me everytime I remembered him. I'm hurt so bad
"You like him , don't you? Look I'm sorry if I'm asking you this but you're so so so freaking down about this" She said carefully
"Not just like , I love him Rose" I confessed to her
"Damn it Sophia , we both at the same boat now. Fucking stupid" She hissed and I agreed to her
"Are you still getting married in 2 months?" I asked
"Austin don't want us move too fast so he decided we'll just go for it at the end on this year or maybe the beginning of next year" She said
"We need a vacation"
"Aren't you going to Maldives?"
"I can't go there because of work , I have a pile of it"
"You went to school and still work?" She asked me disbelief
"Yeah"
"You're crazy"
"Rose I gotta go , I have to board" I said and she said goodbyes and see her there. I take my coffee and walked to the gate suddenly I bumped someone who's in tha path for business class.
"Sophia?" I turned and see Sky Locason standing beside me
"Hey Sky" I smiled to him
"How are you doing?" He asked
"Good"
"Aaron not" He bluntly said and his eyes widen as he said that. He doesn't realise that words came out from his mouth
"What do you mean by that?" I asked and he sighed
"Sophia , he's a mess. He's worse" My heart crunch as Sky said about Aaron's condition
"He's sick?"
"He went back from UK like months ago but I don't know why he went there. He starting to buried himself to work , drinking , work and drink again. He rarely come home , either he stayed at the office or he's drunk at the bar" Oh gosh Aaron , what are you doing?
"Stupid him" I mumbled
"He never like this before" Sky said
"So he's not going to New York?" I asked
"He's already in New York since 3 days ago I think" He said as our tickets been check. We walked inside the first class section and seperate in the middle because our seat are in different rows
I gulped remembering all Sky's words , months ago he went to UK. It means he went to me or he has a mistress there? No way Sophia. He can be in UK a month ago and maybe his mistress rejected him or he didn't got a deal
You're thinking to much Sophia , don't worry about Aaron.
I HAVE TO MOVE ON , MOVE ON SOPHIA. I kept telling myself that but it doesn't work. I sighed and looked at the watch , let's just sleep.
"Miss" Suddenly someone shake my shoulder lightly , I opened my eyes and saw an Airstewardess trying to wake me up.
"The plane already arrives" She smiled nicely and I quickly take my bag and went out from the plane. Walking to the baggae claim area and waiting for my luggage go appear.
I saw Sky is on the phone , he's standing on the opposite side. I looked at my luggage that appeared and quickly take it. Walked outside and waiting for my driver to come here.
I looked around to look for my-
Today is 100 days after the last time I saw him , now he standing not far from where I stand. He looked at me with a blank stare and my heart hurts a lot seeing him like this.
His hair is everywhere , his face is so tired , his darkcircles are getting bigger. He's getting thinner and looked like a living zombie.
"Ms. Celastio" Suddenly someone called my name , I think he's the driver.
"Okay" I said to him and looked at Aaron for the last time before I followed my driver to the car
