It was Monday morning at 6:30 when my alarm woke me up. I was feeling jittery. I got out of bed and smelled the scent of pancakes.
I went into the bathroom to wash my face then went down stairs to eat breakfast. "Good morning, hon" my mom said to me. "Morning, where's dad?"I asked. "Work" my mom responded. "Of course." My dad's always at work when I wake up for school. I would have thought we would at least stay a little bit longer this morning for my first day of being a senior in high school, but I guess not.
After breakfast I went back upstairs and brushed my teeth then got ready.
I ended up wearing light washed denim shorts and a plain white t-shirt. I styled my hair in a high ponytail because it was kind of hot outside and my hair in a bun doesn't look good on me.
At this moment it was 7:15 and I had five minutes to get my shoes on and get to the bus stop. I put on my white laced flats, grabbed my backpack and left for the bus stop. When we got to school I looked at my schedule again and saw that I had Mr. Urie in 5th period.
It was finally fifth period and it was time to meet Mr. Urie. Even though he was probably going to be another boring teacher he was new to the school and when a teacher is new to this school it means a lot of things.
I walked into room 310 and saw an empty seat in the front of the room I sat down and saw a man walk in with a white dress shirt and dressy jeans.
He walked up to the chalk bored and wrote 'Mr. Urie' he then turned around and my heart melted right then and there. He looked at me and smiled. His teeth were perfect and so was he.
He had been talking but I didn't realize until he said my name. "Cecilia?" He said looking around the room then at me after I said "Yes?" he sounded amazing "Hi" he said. "Hello" I said looking absolutely oblivious to what was going on. He smiled off the fact that I looked stupid while looking down checking something off on a clip board.
We didn't do much since today was Mr. Urie's first day.
After the bell rang I got up to leave for 6th period but I was stopped by Mr. Urie asking me if he could see me for a second. He waited till everyone was out the door to talk to me. "I saw your grades from last year in math and I was wondering if you needed a tutor after school either today or tomorrow?" I didn't know what to say so I just blurted the first thing that came to mind "I can't today but definitely tomorrow." "That's perfect, you can come back in here tomorrow after your last class." He said calmly. "Ok, see you then" I said. "Alright, have a good evening." The way he said this was really cute "You too bye." I said. "Bye." He smiled as I left room 310.
(A/N) I hope you liked this chapter. I've gotten a lot of inspiration from other fanfics I'm still new to this so if this wasn't that great to you that's why but I promise it will get better the more I write. Tell me what I should change or add to the story if you have any ideas.
