Keith's POV
The water had sent a jolt through my body, it was very cold. Ironically, when he was feeling the misty water on his fingertips it never felt as freezing as this. I pushed away the numbing feeling and focused on finding Lance. I finally spotted him a couple feet down, I also noticed the water had gotten very dark right after you were below water. The cold water stung my open eyes. I finally got just within reach of Lance and I quickly grabbed his waist, pulling him up with what little strength I had left. I couldn't fully grasp Lance so I ended up grabbing the hooks of his pants, at this point I was almost out of breath so I didn't care how strange it was. We finally broke the surface and I then wrapped Lance's arm around my shoulders and let his head fall back so it was above water. I swam a little ways over to my bike and pulled Lance into the flat part so he could lay down. He was unconscious and wasn't breathing, that only meant one thing. I rolled my eyes before taking a deep breath of air.
'Don't make this weird you dork." I thought with a chuckle.
I then began to give him quick 'rescue breaths' and slightly pushing down on his chest, he had a pulse so I didn't need to do much other then the new technique, my father had taught me a couple years ago. Soon enough Lance had begun to cough and sputter, letting air finally enter his lungs. I looked down at him with a smile, I was exhausted, but I'm glad he was alright.
Suddenly he put his hand up to my cheek and stared up at me.
"Your eyes are like diamonds..." He whispered.
"Ugh." I said, ignoring the complement completely, and rolled my eyes.
"Sorry, just you really do look nice in the light of these diamonds..." Lance replies.
I chuckle and move his hand away.
"I'm such an idiot..." Lance mumbled.
"Yes you are, but I was the one who was challenging you after all!" I reply, beginning to start up my engines again.
"What are you doing?" Lance asked, finally sitting up.
"What does it look like? I'm tired and you almost drowned, we're going back!" I shouted over my shoulder.
Silence had overtaken us, I ignored it and began to take off, Lance then wrapping his arms around my waist again.
"Can we come back tomorrow?" Lance suddenly asked, breaking the still silence.
"Maybe..." I reply.
Out of the corner of my eye I see Lance do a small fist pump in the air with his left arm. I chuckled quietly and felt him place his arm back around my waist again. Soon enough we see the castle of lions, looking as gorgeous as ever. I open up the hatch to my room and we both hover onto the landing pad. The air lock door closes behind us, allowing Lance to get off the bike. I take off my helmet and run a hand through my hair, shaking out any water. I look over at Lance who is doing the same thing. I couldn't help but stare, his hair looked soft, even if it had been drenched, his eyes were sparkling with delight over our recent discovery, and the fact that he was shivering made me want to snuggle up- wait I'm getting to into my thoughts... Recently Lance and I seemed to be getting along better, we weren't fighting anymore and we actually worked pretty well together, I even was starting to feel something in my gut. It made me feel so light but it hurt so bad at the same time, I had no idea what it was but I didn't mind it at all.
But only time can tell.
------
It was already the next afternoon when I decided to head down to the training room, in hopes to improve my skill and move up more levels of combat. I quickly grabbed my bayanard and jogged down the hallway to the main door. A frown made its way to my lips when I saw that the doors were now red and not blue, they were probably under construction or reboot. My suspicions were answered when I saw a small note tagged to the door.
'Currently the training room is under construction, new modifications and skills are being added. Should be up and working within a couple of days.'

I sighed, I guess I would have to skip training then. Great.
'I wonder what Lance is doing?' I thought.
Why did I care?
I just shrugged my shoulders and began walking toward his room. His door was beaming blue, which wasn't very surprising, and mainly white. I typed the code into the lock and entered, all of us had each others codes in case something went wrong. He wasn't in his room currently so I set my bayanard down on his dresser. His room was messy, not nearly as clean as mine, but I couldn't blame him, he had been all over the place and quite nervous around me lately. I sat down on his couch and stared at the room, it was actually starting to bug me.
"Why not?" I thought out loud. I stood up and began to pick up the dirty laundry and toss it into a empty basket, soon moving onto the messy trash. I was about halfway done straightening out his room when all of a sudden I could hear singing.
"He's got, cherry lips, angel eyes~"
My head shot up instantly at the sound of a faint voice.
The next lines were muffled, so I decided to get closer to the sound.
"He's something mystical, in colored lights!"
I realized it was Lance who was singing, well I guess that was pretty obvious...
"So far from typical, but take me advise. Before you play with fire, do think twice~"
"And if you get burned, don't be surprised..."
My cheeks grew red, his voice was really smooth and beautiful, even the way he sung the lyrics made something inside me tingle.
"Got me lifted, drifted, higher then the ceiling, ohhh baby it's the ultimate feeling~"
"You got me lifted, feelin so gifted, sugar how you get so fly?" He sang, extending the end of the word 'fly'.
My cheeks had been on fire, all of a sudden the bathroom door opened and all I could hear was 'Sugar how you get so fly?'
I desperately scrambled backwards, and ended up tripping on the stairs escalating downwards into the small couch area of his room. Lance emerged from the hallway with his eyes closed, a brush in his hand acting as a microphone.
"Ohh baby~" he kept singing.
Oh god please just let me curl into a ball, away from this. I thought with flushing red cheeks.
Lance then pulled a pose where he was pointing at me conveniently, with his eyes still closed.
"Sugar how yo-" he started but then opened his eyes, which were now wide with horror.
We both just stared at each other, cheeks red from embarrassment.
Silence hit us like a ton of bricks.
"You sing nicely?" I said with a quiet tone.
Lances face got even more red and he just bolted to his room.
Oh lord what have I done this time? I thought as I run after Lance.
