For your amazing help. And, for your amazing stories that kept me up all night.
Jimin kept pacing irregularly before the house of his so-called-crush. With each step he took, he felt more and more cold. His thin shirt and shorts were not a good choice of clothing, but at least, he had the sweater of Jungkook.
He had second thoughts about returning the umbrella that his cold hands held. He could already imagine how awkward the conversation would be between them.
Before he could decide on what he should do. The voice he longed to hear spoke.
"Jimin?" Jungkook didn't expect to see the boy who sits beside him. And he certainly didn't expect him to be shivering. "Aren't you cold? Oh my god. Come in."
Jimin didn't know how to react when he was being pulled by the younger boy. Jungkook dragged Jimin inside the house and made him sit on the sofa. Jimin didn't know what to do. For all he knew, one minute, he was hesitating in front of his crush's house and the next, he was sitting in his living room.
"Are you cold?" He heard a soft whisper in his ear as Jungkook took the boy's hands into his own. He rubbed them together, providing them with heat. Jimin was barely in the state to speak. His two-day crush was rubbing his hands together just like the night they met on.
"Do you need something to drink? Water? Juice? Coffee?"
"W-water is fine." Jimin spoke for the first time since his step into the latter's house. Jungkook nodded and went to the kitchen.
Jimin took his opportunity to look around the house. He noticed that it was a normal setting. It was like any other house, having its own pearl white walls, and auburn colored carpet. It had pictures of the boys when they were young, containing memories they always wanted to remember.
"Here." Jimin saw a glass full of water. He took it, gratefully. Drinking it all in one gulp, Jungkook laughed at the sight of the boy. "Seriously, shorts? That's the best you could do?"
Jimin slapped the thighs of the younger boy as the other one couldn't stop laughing. The elder one of the two frowned. Jungkook stopped when he noticed something.
"Is that my sweater?" Jimin blushed and didn't answer. Jungkook winked. "Aw, it's fine. You look hot in it anyways."
"Shut up~" Jimin pouted at the younger one who kept on teasing him. At the cute sight, Jungkook couldn't help but pinch the cheeks of the older. Jimin forgot all the cold that stalked him outside and was feeling so hot.
"I-I came here to give you this." The maknae saw the familiar blue umbrella and frowned at the sight of it. "But I gave it to you, you should've kept it."
"You...you were going somewhere before, did I interrupt something?" Jimin asked the boy, out of the blue.
"Oh, no. I was just going to roam around." Jungkook shook his head at the boy.
"Do...do you want to hang out?" Jungkook didn't fancy the idea, he would've rather been alone but looking at the boy who was shy, he changed his mind. He smiled and answered, "Yeah, sure. Where do you want to go?"
