Spencer's P.O.V.

My head was pounding when I rolled over. The sun was shining through the windows and into my eyes. My arm felt uncomfortable and my legs were burning. As I rolled over I was met with a body. Then it all came back to me. I was wondering through the woods when my body finally gave out. But instead of hitting the ground I felt arms wrap around me. It was all fuzzy but I remember some faces and voices asking me questions. I remember feeling safe in their arms which is something I haven't felt in a long time. As I was about to try and get up the body beside me moved and shifted towards me, turning around so she faced me.

"Good morning sweetie." She was beautiful, she had soft brown eyes and highlighted hair.

"Hi" I gave a small smile still unsure about this whole thing.

She reached her hand over and lightly brushed her fingers on my forehead. I winced in pain. I didn't realize the cut on my head until she touched it.

"Oh Hun, I'm sorry. I guess it still hurts huh?" She asked giving me a worried look.

"Yeah, just a little." I tried to get up and put my head on the backboard but my head was spinning.

"Whoa there little one, don't rush anything. You still need rest." She lightly pushed me back down on the bed. "Would you like me to grab some pain killers for your head?" She looked over at me with sweet eyes.

"Okay" I don't know what to say, no one has asked me if I wanted anything before. In my foster home I would get my own things because no one cared enough to ask.

"Okay babe, just hold on and don't move." She smiled and slipped out of bed and into the hallway.

When she left I looked around the room. I noticed that beside us was another bed with 2 people in it. I remember the other two girls last night saying they had friends but I'm not sure how many. That's when I heard a yawn coming from the other bed.

A girl with long brown hair and tan skin woke up and looked over at me. She had big brown eyes that were mesmerizing.

"Well hello there sweetheart. It's nice to finally meet you. I'm Camila." She smiled and gave me a small wave before getting up and joining me, sitting cross legged on the bed.

"Spencer." I stuck my hand out waiting for her to shake it. She gave me a confused look but it soon turned to a one of comfort, "Spencer. What a beautiful name." Her smile grew before she continued. "Also we don't shake hands here. Well at least I don't, I have a thing for hugs." She leaned in wrapping her arms around my waist. I was tense at first but eventually relaxed in her embrace. She let go and looked at my forehead. "Does it hurt?" I traced the bandage on my head and nodded feeling my headache get worse. I squeezed my eyes shut trying to subdue the pain. " Are you okay?" Camila's voice was laced with worry but I shook my head moving on with the subject. "Okay." Her voice almost sounded disappointed. Maybe because I didn't open up with her.

"Anyway, you've met Ally obviously, she was the one you were sleeping with last night and Normani is the other girl who helped you last night. Then there's me" she said while fluttering her eyelashes and laughing. "and Dinah is over there still asleep. Which is typical." She smiled and laughed. "Then we have one more, her name is Lauren and she is in the other room. She comes off a little strong but once you get past it, she is the sweetest person ever and honestly has a heart of gold." I was taking in all this new information like I was going to be quizzed on it.

"Okay love, here I have some painkillers." I looked over and Ally was walking through the door with a glass of water in one hand and some pills in the other.

"Oh good morning Mila! How did you sleep?" Ally asked while rounding the bed and handing me the pills and water.

"Well Dinah snored all night, so it could have been better." She laughed and grabbed one of the pillows off the bed and chucked it at Dinah. It hit her square in the back and she tuned over.

"Really Wallz? I was the one who kept you up? You farted in your sleep like every 10 minutes!" She laughed and threw the pillow back. I cracked a smile and giggled.

"What are you laughing at silly?" Camila turned around and faced me with a huge smile on her face. Then Dinah got up and plopped herself down beside Camila. She had tan skin and long blonde hair. Her eyes were dark also but looked warm and comforting.

"Good morning sweetie!" I'm Dinah Jane it's great to meet you, I have heard lots." She smiled.

"Here, take these pills and your head should feel a little better." Ally said "I'm going to go make some breakfast for everyone. But you stay here and rest okay?" She looked down at me and I nodded.

"Okay then. Y'all like waffles right? Well doesn't matter I'm making them anyway." She smiled and left the room. That's when a different girl came in. She was absolutely beautiful. She had dark skin and dark hair that sat along her shoulders. Just her energy made me smile.

"Hi bug! I'm Normani or Mani, whatever's easier." She smiled. "How did you sleep?" She came over and sat next to me with Camila and Dinah on the other side.

"Good." I smiled "but my head hurts a little." I pulled my hand up and lightly traced the bandage on my head.

"I know baby, but it will get better soon. Here why don't we let you watch some television while we go help Ally with breakfast. Is that okay?" Normani looked over.

"Yeah that's okay." She then got up and grabbed the remote and let me find something to watch. They all got off the bed and walked out, leaving me alone in the room. As I flipped through the channels the only thing I was trying to think about was what happened to me but I can't remember. I can't remember anything of the past month. My life before was living in foster care but it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. It was a living hell. But I never thought I would ever end of leaving. What did I do?
