"ALEX!" Rob exclaimed. He dropped his helmet and I ran towards him.

"ROB!" I yelled. We collided and I ended up in his arms.

"I missed you so much," I whispered, running my hands through his sweaty hair.

"Oh my gosh Alex," he said, shaking his head. "I missed you so damn much."

"Rob I didn't mean it. I want you to know that I didn't mean to kiss Zack I really didn't," I whispered.

"Alex," he whimpered, "I didn't mean it either. I couldn't bring myself to call you."

I nuzzled my head into the crook of his neck.

"Babe," I said, cracking a smile, "you really smell."

He laughed.

"I'm a football player, remember?" he asked jokingly. I wrapped myself tighter in his massive arms. I heard the others coming down the tube. Rob unwrapped his arms around me and stared into my eyes.

"What?" I asked. He laughed.

"Nothing. I just missed kissing you," Rob said, brushing his lips across mine.

"I missed you so damn much," I said, tears of joy running down my face. Rob smiled.

"I missed you too," he said, shaking his head again.

"Hi Alex!" I heard Danny yell.

"Hi Danny!" I said when he emerged from the pipe.

"Alright guys!" Tom yelled. I felt the mass of sweaty football players around me, and I clung to Rob's sweaty, massive arm. He moved to the center of the locker room, Tom in the middle of the pack.
"We need to step this game up!" Ton yelled. "Hi Alex," he added. I nodded. "THE LAST TIME WE LOST TWO DIVISION GAMES IN A ROW WAS IN 2006! WE'RE NOT GONNA LOSE TO THE DOLPHINS! DO YOU HEAR ME?"

I was slightly scared. I had never seen any of the guys this...intense I guess. It was just so fucking scary and intense.

"WHO ARE WE?" Tom yelled.

"Patriots!" the team yelled.

"PATRIOTS!" the team screamed. I couldn't help but smile.

"We've got ten minutes, then we all need to be back on the field!" Tom yelled.

Everyone started moving around, and going into various other parts of the locker room. Rob sat down and I sat next to him.

"I love you. I've felt like shit without you," I said, squeezing his hand.
"Yeah. Same here," Rob said, smiling and getting all dimply and cute. His eyes were all happy and I felt giddy as I leaned in for a kiss.

"NO PDA IN THE LOCKER ROOM!" Danny shouted. I laughed.

"Shut up!" Rob and I yelled simultaneously.

Everyone trotted out, a mass of sweaty football players.

"Bye babe. I love you, and good luck." I gave him a kiss on the nose, and followed. I slipped out behind them and slipped into the crowd.
The rest of the game went amazingly, and we ended up winning. 27-16. I went to the players parking lot and waited a half hour until Rob came out. When he did, became out with his bag of sweaty gear. We drove home silently, just holding hands.
