My silence

163 41 38

Hiding my secrets and their realm,
This automated and sustained veil
Has been silent for ages
Now sensing the questioning gazes
It wishes to be heard
Yes, my silence too has words
It can no longer stand
Any fake helping hand
In return that mocks,
Comments, laughs and talks
About the internal struggle
That holds me in its cuddle
To speak, is now its turn
No longer it can bear that eager burn
I want to let out my secrets and their realm
My silence is yearning to scream.
