"You did a good job." My private teacher, Ms.Wang smiled. "Not a 100 but close enough." She said and hand me the test paper.

I took it from her hand and stared at the number ninety-seven blankly. Ms.Wang noticed this and snapped me out of my thoughts.

"What's wrong?" Ms.Wang asked with concern. " You look distracted, did something happened?"

"Nothing much." I said and shook my head. "I'm just exicited."

"Excited for?" Ms.Wang said with a raised eyebrow.

"A basketball game." I answered. "Akashi-kun wants me to watch his basketball game this Tuesday."

"Is he the one that you went on a date with?" Ms.Wang asked.

"Yeah."

"That's great! I'm proud of you for having to reach that level!" Ms.Wang exclaimed rather boldly.

"What was that suppose to mean?" I playfully glared at her to which she responded with a rather loud guffaw.

It's a good thing that mother and father were out around this time.

Normally, I would get offended by this, but Ms.Wang was an exception for she was known to be quite playful and bold.

I have known Ms.Wang for 5 years and have gotten closer to her ever since. Let's just say she was one of the people who I was comfortable with.

"I'm sorry." Ms.Wang sniggered as she wiped her invisible tears. "I should leave now before your parents get home and see this."

"Yeah you definitely should." I chuckled at my 25 years old teacher. "See you next Thursday, Ms.Wang."

"Yeah, see you!"

~~~
The room felt silence after Ms.Wang left, it felt kinda lonely, to be honest. Being an only child wasn't helping either, especially with busy parents.
What to do..
What to do...
My thought drifted again to Akashi's basketball match. Wondering what that would be like. I shook my head and mentally pushed the thoughts away.
'That's 3 days from now, I should be more patient.' I thought to myself while sighing.
"Where's Rakuzan High anyway?" I asked to no one in particular. I reckoned that the driver knew this particular information and just by this fact it gave me an idea.
I've seen the school in the newspaper and internet but I'm curious to how it looks like for myself. I should maybe check out Rakuzan high school before going there on Tuesday.
No, that seems kinda stalkerish and I highly doubt they'd let an outsider in.
But...
If I just view the outside..
My curiosity has gotten the toll on me, so I decided to do it anyway. Even if it seemed stalkerish.
I walked out of my room, to the hall, then to my father's office. As usual, father was busy with his company's work. He looked up to see who it was, but after realising it's just me, he looked back down to his work.
"I'm a little busy right now, can you come back later?" Father said without looking up from his work. "There's a lot of catching up to do."
"I'm sorry for disturbing." I apologized. "But this won't take long, Father. I promise."
Father sighed and set down his work. He turned to me and gave me a small smile. "What is it, kiddo?" He asked.
"May I go to Rakuzan?"
...
"You...want to study there?" Father asked confusedly. "You sure?"
"No Father! It's not that!" I exclaimed quickly. "I just want to see the school. Akashi-kun studys there and he invited me to watch his practice match this Tuesday."
"Oh. I don't know about that, ask your mother."
~~~

"Mother?" I said as I entered her office. Just like father, she was busy with her work. She looked up from her work and faced me.

"What is it that you need?" Mother asked with a raised eyebrow. "You rarely see me, I reckoned you need something."

"Uh..yes actually." I said awkwardly. "May I go to Rakuzan? Akashi study there and he invited me to watch his practice match this Tuesday. I thought maybe I should see the school beforehand. Just the outside and I promise I will not come home pass 9."

"Why the trouble?" Mother asked. "If you're going to go there, might as well view the inside too."

"I don't think I could just barge into the school as I like."

"Ask Akashi to give you a tour."

"I don't want to trouble him."

Mother sighed and shooked her head. "Fine, if you wish to go, then go ahead. I'll book a train ticket for you."

"Huh? Why?" I asked confusedly. "I could just ask the driver to drive me there."

"It'll take long."

"Why?"

Mother sighed again, pinching the bridge of her nose. "Honey, did you know that Rakuzan high is located in Kyoto?"

"It is?" I asked in surprise.

"Yes, it is. Now, mother's going to book a train ticket for you and inform you back once mother is done."

"Okay, mother."

~~~
Mother have booked a train ticket for me at 10 am tomorrow. She did however ask a bodyguard to guard me. I quickly protested and managed to convince her that I'll be alright on my own. That didn't stop her from calling her friend in Kyoto to take care of me once I was there.
Either way, it's better than a bodyguard to follow me around everywhere. I really don't want to cause unnecessary attention towards me.
A/n:
Sorry if this chapter was a little boring...
I tried, okay? 😂😂
This chapter sorta reveals part of the reader's [or whoever you imagine to be] background a bit.
I also just figure out that Rakuzan was located in Kyoto. 😲
So that kinda surprise me when I found out about it. I honestly thought that Rakuzan was located in Tokyo. 😅
Wo hoo me!
That's all I have to say. 😁
