⚘ Flowers don't worry about how they're going to bloom. They just open up and turn toward the light and that makes them beautiful.

It has been two days since Aster and I met my father. He texted me zillion times a day now and it made me happy. I called Aster as soon as I was free from my meeting with the old hag. She was picky and bitchy about everything. There were less than ten days left for the wedding now and I was even more overworked.

So , it happened that Aster invited me to her favorite place. I was intrigued. She was starting to open up with me.and nothing could make me happier.

"Stop thinking about me Kyler, let's go." She interrupted my thoughts as she entered my office.

I packed up the last minute stuff and smiled at her.

Flirting Aster was definitely nice.

"I don't think I can stop thinking about you," I told her truthfully and she blushed.

"So what are we doing today, girlfriend?" I had been teasing her since she called me boyfriend and it was fun.

She rolled her eyes at me but smiled nevertheless.

"You are happy about this, aren't you?"

"You have no idea," I grinned at her.

It was a miracle in my book that she considered me her boyfriend.

"Well, if it isn't clear already, I like you, everything , good things, the flaws, the past, pain, scars and even the flowers. I like all of you." I confessed truthfully.

She looked at me with awe and then taking me by surprise she kissed me, deep and soft. I relished kissing her, it was a novelty for me to feel so much just by kissing a girl.

Her kiss shouted out her answer, she liked me too and I was doing a happy dance in my head.

She suddenly looped her arm around mine and leaning into me we walked to her secret place.

We stopped in front of a graveyard and I was surprised now.

"My parents are here." She muttered softly.

Her biological parents she meant and I could feel her pain.

"Even though they abandoned me, I can't help but love them, Kyler. Is that insane?" Her eyes filled with tears now.

"No, that is you being you, loving."

This made her smile.

She placed a bouquet on their grave and I remained silent giving her a moment.

"Mom, dad. This is Kyler. You know he cares for me, unlike any other person I have met. He is my boyfriend and his dad is a gangster but I like him very much. I just hope he doesn't break my heart and my trust. He made me optimistic , something that I never thought was possible." She was crying now and I stepped forward and hugged her from back.

She leaned into me with a sigh and I enjoyed her proximity filling me with warmth. I was glad I was here for her.

"I never even brought Brian here, you are the first one." She mumbled and my happiness skyrocketed.

"The flowers are beautiful," I commented the one in the bouquet.

She smiled knowing my attempt to well.

"Chrysanthemum, known for truth and optimism."

I didn't ask because I knew what she gave the flowers for. She was here to let out the truth to her parents that she has been depressed and lonely because they abandoned her but now with me she feels optimistic. I just hugged her even tighter, as we stood there listening to the wind and the wild.

It was not planned but I wanted her to let go. To show her parents that there is someone who accepts for who she was and this chapter just took place.

I hope you guys like it and the bonding of these two.

Don't forget to comment, always makes me smile and want to write something nice :)
