"Where was I?" The woman sits down and is bombarded with answers from children who had listened.

"You had just met Raven!"

"You just said you had blue hair!"

"You just walked into the pub."

"Ah right, well as many of you know.. I like to stand out." The children all nod. The way the woman gave lessons was different from other lessons they got at the School for Gifted Youngsters. She could show them what she meant. She could give visions to people and her powers are unbelievably strong, making it easy for her to tell her story as they would see what she meant as she told it.

I grab the drink that the man had set down for me and take a quick wiff. A Bloody Mary. I didn't even know they served this kind of drink in a pub.

"How'd you know?" I ask him with my eyes narrowed. It used to be my favorite drink when I was a little younger.

"Just a guess." He answers as Raven shoots a glare at him. "Ah you two met." He says with a knee-weakening smile.

"She was just about to tell me how she got her hair so blue." Raven says with an interested glance towards me and the man looks at me the same way.

"It's a rather new thing they have at the hairdressers." Raven frowns and the man puts his fingers against his temples.

"Charles!" Raven scolds him and I frown as I felt a slight nudge in my mind. The man is a mutant, I know it. Raven stands up and walks towards the bathroom and I turn to the man.

"Why did I have to come and not go to my farm." I say to the man with a smirk. He smiles at me as he leans back in his chair.
