I was half running in the parking lot when my phone rang, and when I saw that it's Chris sinagot ko agad.
"can you shut up already? I'm on my way. hindi ko kailangan ng sermon mo habang nagmamaneho ako okay?" I hissed at him.
"I'm guessing you're on your period kaya ganyan." at tumawa siya ng malakas. habang ako naman sinastart ko na yung kotse ko.
"pwede ba? pinagmamadali mo ko tapos mangungulit ka? sige na! magdadrive na ako! I'll be there in fifteen minutes. mwa!" hindi ko na hinintay yung sagot niya at binaba ko na agad kasi mas lalong hahaba ang usapan namin sa sermon niya on how I drive.
I can't believe I'm letting him tell me what I should and shouldn't do! The mighty Ynna Clary Sandoval? He really is something. Napa-iling na lang ako. He have been my best friend mula ata nung inire ako ng nanay ko, that's why I can't say no to him. I sighed. Only him can do that! I fucking swear!
Wala namang traffic kaya nakarating ako sa coffee shop malapit sa university on time. I fixed myself bago bumaba ng sasakyan. Hinayaan ko lang na nakababa ang pula kong buhok and I'm wearing a white long sleeve polo that was tucked in my maong pants. Lumitaw yung hubog ng katawan ko sa suot ko. I have a one helluva body! I should be proud of it kaya naman lumabas ako ng sasakyan at naglakad ng may poise.
I saw Chris sa may window at nilapitan ko ito agad. "what do you want at ginising mo ako ng pagka-aga aga eh mamaya pa naman class ko? really, Chris?" habang nagdadadakdak ako ay hinalikan niya naman ako sa tuktok ng ulo ko.
"good morning din, bes!" bati niya sakin with his famous smile that knock those girls feet. "ang moody mo alam mo yun? may pa "mwa mwa" ka pa kanina tapos ngayon magsusungit ka?"
Inirapan ko lang siya and I flipped my hair bago prenteng umupo sa bakanteng upuan sa harap niya at saktong pagdating ng pagkain namin.
"actually, Yns tinawagan ako ni tito and tita. they told me to keep an eye on you. I'm worried sick kaya pinapunta agad kita dito. what the hell is happening?" one more thing I like about him? he's damn protective and I like the way how he takes care of me.
I just shrugged. "I don't know. They've been so weird lately. Palagi silang tensyonado. I don't want to ask because it's none of my business. Hintayin ko na lang na sila magsabi."
After that talk, we just laughed our asses off and tell each other stories kahit na magkasama kami everyday.
Naghiwalay na kami kasi malapit na magstart ang class namin. I'm in Architecture while he's in Business Management.
Pagpasok ko ng room, umupo agad ako sa tabi ni Empress. She's also a close friend pero ayaw ko lang skaanya kasi may pagka-chismosa. When I say pagka, it means a lot!
I was fixing my things when she told me another chismis... "Girl, have you heard? The Tan found their long lost princess?"
The Tan family was famous in our country for their businesses. Sabi nila their family is really powerful. Who doesn't know the Tan family? Maybe I haven't seen their faces but once you heard their last names, you better watch out. Yun lang ang alam ko sakanila cause they are really private when it comes to their personal life.
I just rolled my eyes at her
cause I don't really care. And once again, I am minding my own business.
