Andy's mother: dead.
Andy: despising the entire world.
___No one cared
about AndyIn return,
he didn't care
about anyoneFair enough,
he thought
The only soul who did
have affection
for him
was his mother
Butshe had passed away
She had left him
in this world
This monstrous world
With a drinking
father
and an invisible
sisterThe only thing
to now keep him
alive
was drawingAndy remembered
his childhood
as he sketched
with no boundariesAnd then,
one day they mocked
for his disability
at socializingHe hid in a bathroom stall
during recess
He drew their faces
frantically
all bloody
and gore
and he felt goodHis world
had turned into an
endless nightThis universe was
his escape
his own museum of
hell
It was right
in his hands
and exposed
all over his
paperworksThe bullies
never stopped
to judge
and claimed thatAndy
was
a
freakAnd he
believed it
because he
saw it too
when he looked
himself in a mirror
and remorse filled
his chestHis eyes
that used to be
a bright green
had become
a darker set
of greySo he kept
illustrating misery
and picturing
the way one's
existence was
through his eyes:
pitch blackThat was
until someone
walked
into his life,
holding
a lantern
