"The thing is that I haven't always been the person I am today and... I haven't always been Hoseok?"

Yoongi froze while his slightly intoxicated brain churned the words slowly, eyes squinting as he pieced together what was happening.

"Sorry- I'm a little drunk? So you're transgender then?" He questioned, eyes flitting back up to glance at Hoseok. The boy had a worried expression written across his features, and it didn't suit him nearly as well as his smile did. The shallow wrinkles of anxiety in his forehead seemed to make him look more aged, and it didn't suit his adorable personality. "I just... I want to clear boundaries then and shit, so I don't fuck up y'know? Because I really like you and... yeah."

Hoseok's anxiety seemed to be lifted at that, his fingers moving to wipe away the tears that had settled in his eyes. Yoongi moved closer and embraced the boy, his arms wrapping protectively around Hoseok's bony shoulders.

"Sorry it's just... I was so worried you're reaction would've been bad." Hoseok chuckled at his past worry. He knew it was a good decision to trust Yoongi.

"My cousin..." Yoongi started, clearing his throat, "Taehyung is like you, kinda. They like dresses though, and they're more androgynous if anything." Hoseok nodded while pulling away from Yoongi's embrace. He joined their hands together and smiled.

"I'm not shocked or anything, it's not uncommon. I know a little bit about the community from Taehyung, but they're a different person than you." Yoongi bit his lip and stood up, moving back into the kitchen.

Hoseok heard him yell something about snacks, the grey haired boy emerging seconds later with armfuls of goodies. Hoseok's eyes went wide as the older boy threw the treats onto the couch and plopped down next to him again.

"We can get everything straight tomorrow, when we're thinking clearly. How does making out and a Scooby-Doo marathon sound, Hoseok?"
