Braxton's Point of View

I decided to chose Valerie, because how could a girl like Paris, like me? Paris was different than most girls. She wasn't the good type of girl but she wasn't that type of girl who was like me.

I wanted to make sure that I made the wrong decision because I really wanted to pick Paris.

That's when I decided to blend in with everyone in the hall. I was going to eavesdrop.

"Braxton was looking at me." I heard Paris say.

"Oooooh girl, he likes you." Her friend Sam squealed.

I wondered if I was making obvious for some people, like Samantha.

"Can I tell you guys something." She said.

"Of course."

I leaned closer, trying to listen to the whole conversation.

"I really liked the way Valerie was looking at me. She looked at me with hate and disgust. I liked that." Paris said. "It seemed like she was pretty mad that Braxton was looking at me most of the time."

She noticed?

"Girl, Valerie was not just mad. She was jealous." Dulce said.

"Why do you say that?" She asked.

"Look at you. You are slaying." Ducle said.

You got that right.

I heard Paris chuckled.

They closed their lockers. I quickly grabbed someone's random textbook and covered my face so they wouldn't know I was spying on them.

When they were out of sight, I handed the book back at the random person and searched the school for Valerie.

When I couldn't find her, I checked the time.

It was lunch period for all sophomores.

How could I be so stupid and not remember my favorite class of the day?

I quickly walked to the cafeteria and stood in line as I waited for my lunch.

Today, they were serving mozzarella sticks. It looked good, but I was losing my appetite as I took every step to the table were I usually sit at.

Valerie was sitting down, eating, and talking to some of her friends.

I assumed she was talking about Paris, after the conversation I heard with Paris and her friends.

I sat down and started to eat. I listened to their conversation.

"Did you see what she was wearing today?" Valerie asked angrily.

"Yes, duh. A black dress." One of her friends commented.

I couldn't help, but let out a chuckle.

"Thanks caption obvious."

"You're welcome Sargent Sarcasm."

I chuckled again.

Dulce was probably right. Valerie is mad and jealous.

I stopped eating and remembered the reason why I rushed to the cafeteria.

Nah, I'll do it later. I wanna eat first.

***After Lunch***

"Valerie, I need to talk to you." I said as I pulled Valerie into the janitor's closet.

Paris's Point of View

I heard my name being called. I turned around to find my friends. They must of been running because they seemed out of breath.

"What is it?" I asked as I closed my locker.

"Have you heard?"

"Braxtie is over."

"Wow, that was not in the dare."

Triple update. NerdieIceCream, ready? On the count of three, one, two, three. "Damn Daniela, back at it again with a triple update."

So, how did you like that? Wasn't expecting that, huh? I told ya, suspense.
