Ep 6: Talking Veggies

"Eww!"

Gatomon stared off towards a dark tower standing off in the distance. "What's that tower?"

(Digimon Emperor)

Digimon Emperor smirked as he changed from his earlier demeanor. Now, he has a cheerful look across his face. "The next one should be in place right about...now. Now, to let everyone know who the boss is. This control spire is the most dominating object in the digiworld. Wherever I put one, that area will be under my control, and all those around it will be my slaves. It's useless to try and escape, and anyone who does will have to answer to my soldiers." He cackled loudly

Gabumon rubbed his arm sheepishly as he was held up in a cage. "How do I get myself into these things?" He asked himself softly.

(Back in the real world)

"Ahh!" Yolei and Jeremy cried. As all of them landed on top of each other as they made it through the portal. Hyokomon landing perfectly fine on top of Simon's head.

Elecmon groaned as he lay underneath the dog pile. "I hate the digi gate!!!"

Skylar was walking into the room just as all of them crashed out of the computer. The red-headed girl was holding a brown wickered basket. With a soft white cloth covering the contents inside.

Simon sniffed the air softly. "I smell freshly baked cookies!" The young boy shot up from the pile and quickly raced over to Skylar.

"Thank you mi amiga!"

Skylar chuckled softly. "No hay problema." she reached into the basket and handed the boy a chocolate chip cookie.

"Thank you." He chirped. As he broke the cookie in half to hand one piece to his partner.

Izzy stood up from his desk as he saw three Gotsumon standing in the room. "Are you guys crazy, bringing the Gotsumon back from the digital world?"

Skylar made her way over and started to help the others to stand back up onto their feet. Soon after giving them each a cookie.

"Thank you." Tai turned his gaze onto Izzy. "But we couldn't just leave them there for the Digimon Emperor to make into slaves. Right?"

Kari nodded to agree with her older brother. "Yep."

Yolei bit her lip softly as realization dawned on her face. "But how are we going to explain it if Mr. Fujiyama happens to stop by?"

Cody smiled softly. "Don't worry. I'll tell him that I'm taking a sculpting class, and these are some of my early masterpieces. Hit it, guys!" He gestured towards the rock digimon. As they all took a pose.

Yolei sweat dropped as she stared at them. "'Early rejects' would be a better phrase. Hehe..."

Jeremy rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "I don't know, I think I would buy it..."

Elecmon raised a brow. "Seriously?"

"Okay, maybe not..."

Izzy stood up from his chair. "Yolei, I have a big favor to ask. Would it be alright if I borrowed your digivice?"

Yolei nodded softly as she handed her digivice to him. "Sure, but what for?"

Izzy grabbed her digivice. "Well, it's obvious the power from the digivices opens the gate to the digital world. Our old digivices don't seem to work." He hocked it up to his computer.

Tai nodded to agree with him. "Izzy's right. I tried using mine, but no luck. The only way we can get into the digital world is if one of you opens the gate for us."
