Ibiki's talking woke me up; "These rules are unique to question ten" He started.

* With The Sensei's *

"It's quiet without the rookies around, I almost miss them," Kakashi said to both Kurenai and Asuma. "Don't worry chances are they will be back sooner than you think," Asuma said, "Why's that?" asked Kakashi. "I heard that their first examiner this year is Ibiki," explained Asuma, "Great sticking them with that sadist right of the back," Kakashi said, "Huh, what sadist?" question Kurenai. Asuma chuckled, "I forgot you were a new jonin Kurenai otherwise you wouldn't have to ask that," Asuma replied, "So I'm ignorant who is he?" she asked. "He's what you might call a specialist," started Kakashi, "Oh yeah? In what?" she asked.

"Interrogation, torture, oh of course he wont be using physical torture during the exam he wont need to it's not really his thing anyway, he works on peoples minds not their bodies, he's famous for it everyone knows the head of Konoha's ANBU torture and interrogation core, Ibiki Morino," Asuma finished. "If that's the case shouldn't Kakashi be worried about his student who's taking the exam alone?" asked Kurenai. "You mean Yuki?" asked Kakashi, "Yeah," replied Kurenai, "Why should I be, there's no way that girl is a genin,"

* Back in exam room (Ibiki's POV) *

"Alright first rule is all people singularity get to choose not to take the tenth question," I started, "Hey wait what's the catch," shouted a blonde genin with a Suna headband. "If you choose to quit you automatically get a zero meaning you and both you teammates fail the exam," I said a mean smirk on my face. I looked around seeing confusion on some people's faces except one face was just smirking; I studied this girl with a Konoha headband. Her outfit was on the more decorative side, the type of clothes a powerful shinobi wore with the incentive of sending a message I don't need to ruin my clothes fighting you.

Shaking my head mentally, I continued "Alternatively if you fail to answer the question you will be barred from ever taking the chunin exams again," I finish of with a evil laugh, I studied them again coming back to that Konoha genin to find pure amusement on her face as she watch the Inuzuka shout out. Soon after people started to quit all while this girl sat firmly ignoring them not caring for the absolute terror on most of their faces quite a few had quit when a blonde brat raised his hand and slammed it back down "Don't underestimate me, I'm Naruto Uzumaki and I'm going to be hokage no matter whether I stay a genin forever," he shouted loudly blowing away all doubts, 'He just provided confidence to the rest of the examinees, hmm 78 that's more than expected' I thought before my eyes met that girl again.

There was utter amusement in them and it was starting to bug me, "You girl, what is so amusing your eyes have been laughing the entire time?" I question, "Oh nothing other than the fact that all these people didn't notice that just 'cause they can't take the exams doesn't mean that they can't get a field promotion," she replied. Utter silence greeted her words until /THUD/ heads hit the desk as the truth entered their previously terrified brains. 'She found a loophole instantly' I thought in astonishment, "Anyway there is only one thing to say now, you have all passed the first exam," I finished with a smirk as everyone erupts into exclamations of shock.

"What do you mean, what about the last question," exclaimed a pink haired girl. I heard a sigh and turned to the black haired girl "Sakura when you are told you pass you just accept it especially since you have Naruto on your team," she said to the pink haired girl and some of the chunin's snickered at that. 'She has a point' I thought with a smirk 'Who would be dumb enough to question the fact that they passed' he finished his thought. "But still what about the other questions were they for nothing?" asked a blonde haired chick from the sand, "Not quite they were to check you information gathering skills," I answered. The girl from before giggled, "Maybe you should have made the rules so that they actually applied to everyone after all I am on my own," she said giggling happily while everyone stared at her like she was insane.

'She probably is' I thought to myself trying to rationalize anyone actually giggling in the middle of a bunch of enemies. When everyone finally let it sink in that they passed they started to cheer. I sighed as I felt a familiar chakra signature. The window smashed as a sign opened '" Number One Sexy Ninja Anko Mitsurashi Has Arrived"' I sighed again as she landed and was about to talk but froze when I saw what had happened. In front of Anko stood the girl her fans unfolded sharp edges either side of her neck ready for the kill.

Anko had frozen as well, I looked at the girl closely suddenly she stepped back and bowed, "I am so sorry, you reminded me of a snake I met who tried to curse me so I reacted on instinct!" she cried out bowing profusely ignoring the frozen participants. "That's alright," Anko said slowly still trying to comprehend that a " genin ' could get that close to killing her. "What's your name?" she asked, "Hmm, I'm Yuki Arashi, It's an absolute pleasure to meet you Anko-san," She introduced with a bow. Flicking shut her fans she re-hooked them onto her skirt.

"You too, but those fans does that make you a wind user?" Anko asked interested, Yuki smiled, "Yeah!" she replied. I coughed into my hand, "Anko your early, again," I said, "Seriously 26 teams passed you must be going soft," she said looking at the numbers, "Or maybe their just extremely talented," I said my eyes stopping briefly on Yuki. "Alright brats I am the proctor for the second exams, meet me at the location your sensei tell you for the second part of the exams!" she yelled and was about to leave until Yuki walked up to her and whispered something in Anko's ear, "Yes! Lead the way!" she shouted as they both jumped out the window much to the confusion of the rest of the examinees.
