Take Care Of You

"Y/N!" Sam yelled as he came in my hospital room. I hushed him because he was in a damn hospital.

"Sam, hey," I said as he rushed to my bed.

I broke my ankle earlier today, with cheerleading practice. It was a stupid jump and I missed. So now I'm here. It wasn't a real bad situation, I mean it happens.

It's not like I'm disabled for the rest of my life. "Are you okay, baby?" He said while kissing my forehead.

I explained the situation and he finally calmed down. "Do you need something? I can get you food. Want me to get In-N-Out for ya? I mean it's just around the corner. I can-"

"Sammy," I said interrupting him. I smiled at him and laughed. "I can do it myself."

"Yeah, I know but I want to help."

"And I appreciate that but I can do shit." I giggled.

He was so caring whenever I was sick or whatever. It was the cutest thing. Sam was the cutest thing.

Sam stayed for a couple of hours. He made me laugh and forget I was in the hospital. "I need to pee." I said. I stood up but he pushed me back softly.

I furrowed my brows as he scooped me out of the bed. "Sam!" I squealed. "I can do this!" I told him.

"I don't care, c'mon. Where's the bathroom?" He was walking away by now. I couldn't jump out of his arms, it would hurt too much. I sighed and shook my head.

"Oh, not telling me now? - Ma'am, excuse me. Where is the bathroom? - Okay, thank you." I looked at him like he was ridiculous, and he was.

Once we got to the bathroom I asked him to get my crutches. "I'll carry you." He simply answered. I sighed and laughed to myself.

"Once." I said.

I was done with my business and Sam carried me again. We looked like idiots.

"Home!" I said as I hopped to the couch. I was exhausted.

"Want me to get something for you? Oh wait, let me get you some blankets." Before he ran off to my bedroom I stopped him.

"Sam! Come here, baby." I whined with innocent eyes. He always fell for that.

He came and sat next to me. "I love you. But you don't have to do all of that, my love."

"I want to." He whined.

I giggled and kissed him lightly. "I appreciate everything you do, but I just want you here. Not running around for me." I said as I laid my head on his chest.

He threw his hand over my shoulder and kissed my forehead. "I love you too." He mumbled.

I smiled. "But this would be awesome with some blankets for you." I rolled my eyes as he stormed off again.
