Kidnapped

Chapter 1~ The last 20 minutes

As I turned my page slowly, I thought 'when is this day going to end?'
"Jenna? How long until summer vacation starts?" I impatiently ask my best friend.  "ummm about 20 minutes"
"what!?" As I turned back to my book Mr Williams looked to me in disgrace after he heard my loud shriek.
"Phoebe? Are u listening to anything I am saying? If so what is it that I just said about the wonderful art of the Shakespearean play of Romeo and Juliet?" I gasped. I have no knowledge of Shakespeare, I don't waste my precious time on Education.
"Um... Sir? Is it that their love can never be broken?" My voice cracked for that I know I was wrong.
" Oh miss O'briar, you really need to be putting in some effort to this! Oh how you disappoint me..." Did I really care what he thought? No, it's just school, Drama is not even a core subject.
"Phoebe you will be receiving an E on your finals report, thank you"
Oh I'm so upset... Not!! The sound of the bell ringing pierces through the air, as I grab my phone and cry with happiness, Jenna and I rapidly run to the carpark and speed to the mall ready for our shopping spree. We pull up and are hungry as anything. My favourite thing in the world to eat is chocolate chip muffins. Jenna and I walk to Bakers delight, while I enjoy my moment with my special muffin quietly. Jenna then leans over and whispers to me,
"omg! That really cute guy behind you with the blue checkered shirt is totally looking at you!"
Not paying any attention to her I continue eating my delicious muffin.
I keep eating my muffin as she angrily calls out my name, as I swallow the last bite, I look up to find Jenna gone.
'She is probably upset with me for not listening to her' I thought to myself.
I drive home fast, to I am very tired... I need to lay down and rest.
