Third Person POV

Stiles Stilinski was not okay. He hadn't been since that day, the day they had supposedly killed the Nogitsune. He had locked himself up in his own room, refusing to talk to anyone, including the Sheriff and Scott, the two most important people in his life. After that day, he didn't have the guts to face any of them. The only company he had was himself and his mind, which wasn't quite pleasant either.

Every second of the day, all Stiles felt was guilt, knowing and remembering each and every horrible thing he had done under the control of the Nogitsune. No matter how many times Scott, his father or Lydia had tried to convince him it wasn't his fault from the other side of the door, he refused to believe them.

Every time he closed his eyes, he saw all the terrible things he had done, the people he had killed and the people he had hurt. Sometimes, it was the multiple officers dying on the floor of the Sheriff's station because of the bomb he had planted, other times it was Stiles twisting the sword in Scott's stomach in the animal clinic, or the arrow protruding from Coach's stomach. He'd also see Allison and Aiden, both deaths for which he held himself responsible. What hurt the most about the memories was the fact that everything had happened because of him, because he was too weak to maintain control of his own body.

Everyone close to him was worried about him, especially Scott and Sheriff Stilinski. They both tried their best to convince Stiles to come out, but he was being more stubborn than he had in his entire life. Both of them were worried about his health. Since he had locked himself in, Stiles wouldn't even come out for food or water. What the two didn't know was that Stiles sneaked out of his window when he knew the Sheriff wasn't home, and bought small snacks for himself, only enough to keep himself alive, since he thought he didn't deserve a big amount of food after everything he had done.

Sheriff's concern for Stiles only increased since he had begun hearing screams of terror from his son's room during the middle of the night, an indication that the nightmares were back. Even then, no matter how much the Sheriff yelled and begged for his son to open the door, Stiles stayed locked in and refused to respond in any way. When Scott found out about the nightmares, he nearly broke the door to Stiles' room down, worry for his best friend getting the best of him. However, he still was not able to get through since Stiles was not stupid enough to forget about Scott's supernatural strength. He had pushed his desk in front of the door, ensuring no one would get in.

As the days passed, Scott and Sheriff became increasingly worried about Stiles. They had no idea what was happening to him, nor any clue as to how they could help him. After all, how could one help someone who didn't want to be helped?
One thing however, was crystal clear;

Stiles Stilinski was not okay.

A/N: Well that's the first chapter... I know it sucks but this is my first time writing a fanfiction, so cut me some slack please🙈
Anyways I'll try to update every Friday, but I'll try updating every chance I get, but it won't be very often, what with Ramzan and all going on.
I know this chapter is like reallyyy short, but I promise the next chapter will be longer, much longer💃🏻
I really hope you like this book, because I'm working really hard on it😁
Peace out Wolfbeans✌🏻️
