One of my earliest memories was this stupid snake. Green, skinny little snake that always came into my garden. I hate that green shoelace and I always will!
One day, the vine-stalk-looking idiot got way too close to the stairs where I was minding my own business, grooming myself. This was clearly an act of war. When he slithered by my stairs like the asshole he was, I booped his head with my paw. He bit me. It was very uncalled for! I did nothing wrong. "Jackass!" I say to myself, and I lunged at him. I started to get light headed as I fought him, my teeth sinking down in his slimy green body. All I remember after that is a satisfaction as I heard a human screech, and a dead snake. After that; darkness.
I woke up in a carrier, humans talking among themselves in the same room. My paw ached terribly from the bite, and I quickly began to nurture it, listening on to the humans conversation. "I just can't care for him anymore. He's a trouble maker with the other cats, I'm too busy for this. He just fought a snake," I heard The Leader say. The Leader was a human woman, she's the food giver; that's all I knew her from. "We can adopt him!" Said another human, a high voice. "HUH?!" I meow in protest. I got up and hobbled to the prison bars of the kennel. "Noooo, no no please!" I meow. "I'll be more kind! No adoption!" I meow back. "Anything but adoption! I love it here!" I cry in protest. "Awe, listen, he's so happy to hear the word adoption!" A male human said, with a cracked, immature voice.
"Oh my god," I meow, as the kennel is lifted off the ground. "Take him, he's yours." The Leader said. "What?!" The male must be carrying me, I can see the two women's bodies. "No!" I meow, my anger going unnoticed. The doors bell rang, and I was being carried out. "I'll destroy you Leader! And that snake!" I growl. "Wait I already did. Hahaha!"
