"Is it nearly over?"

"...Amen." Joshua said while removing his hands, which were pressed against each other, away from his face, "Did you really have to ask while I was praying? You know silence helps me connect with God."

"Oh, yeah? Well the only thing I connected with was boredom. Hit me like a brick. Right in the face." Jeonghan who was sitting besides Joshua began to stand up, brushing the creases out of his clothes and turning to stare at Joshua.

"I didn't say it was over." Joshua laughed lightly to himself as Jeonghan sighed in frustration.

"Are you serious? We've been here for an hour already? How long am I supposed to connect with God for exactly?" He tugged on the ends of his hair and Joshua just looked up at him from his seated position.

"I was joking. Church normally only lasts an hour, unless you want to go have some tea with Margret in the recreational hall? She's makes some fine biscuits."

"No thanks, I don't want to risk it for a biscuit." Jeonghan grabbed his coat that was hung on the back of one of the church's pew. Joshua watched him in fascination as he slung his long arms into the sleeves and readjusted it so that it fell right on his figure.

"Are we going home now?" Jeonghan pushed and Joshua nodded hazily. Joshua stood and grabbed his coat, putting his around his shoulders. He wondered if Jeonghan watched him with the same intensity as Joshua had when Jeonghan was putting his coat on.

Joshua shook his head trying to get the thoughts out. While shaking his head he saw a figure making her way down the steps at the front of the church.

"Oh look, it's Margret. Oh, and she's carrying the biscuits-"

"Let's go. We never saw her. If we have to spend anymore time here I don't know what I'll do." Jeonghan coughed slightly, averting his gaze as he lightly found Joshua's hand and started tugging him towards the exit, pushing through the queues of people.

When they were outside and had walked a couple of blocks they slowed their pace to a stroll. Jeonghan's apartment was only a couple of blocks away and Joshua had already asked if he could come over after the church service. Jeonghan being Jeonghan had thought it would be fun to join him.

As they strolled towards Jeonghan's apartment Joshua slowly became aware of Jeonghan's hand still in his. They'd forgotten to let go while running from innocent Margret. Joshua let go and he felt his stomach turn. Jeonghan turned to look at him.

"I feel bad," Joshua coughed, "I mean Margret is such a nice lady..."

"Margret has more biscuits to herself now, don't feel bad." Jeonghan patted Joshua's back, his hand lingered for a moment before he pulled away.

They reached the apartment in light conversation about church and how Jeonghan couldn't find God. Jeonghan's apartment was on the third floor. They both walked into the elevator and stood on the same side, their backs against the mirror. Jeonghan rested his hands behind him on the railing, accidentally touching Joshua's which was already there. Joshua froze, but was saved when the door opened at Jeonghan's floor.

Jeonghan strides forward and stuck the keys in the lock. "Church Boy, is it a sin to drink? Because that is what I'm going to do when I get in."

"I'm not a monk." Joshua stated as the door to Jeonghan's apartment flew open. His apartment wasn't clean but also wasn't dirty, it was almost in between, "Anyway, why are you getting drunk?"

Jeonghan walked over to his fridge and pulled out a large box filled with ice cold beer. He threw one at Joshua, which he awkwardly dropped on the floor.

"Your co-ordination is shocking. And if I get drunk enough I might tell you why." Jeonghan muttered as he opened his can and brought it to his lips. His head thrown backwards as he swallowed, a droplet making its way from the side of his mouth down to his throat. Joshua gulped and worked on opening his beer, trying to distract himself.

Jeonghan made his way over to his sofa which he threw himself on. He pulled out the remote from under himself and turned on the TV. Joshua walked over and sat next to Jeonghan.

"Look Sister Act is on, you like Sister Act, right?" Jeonghan watched the TV intently.

"Following up my previous comment, I'm not a monk or a nun, but I agree Sister Act is good."

They started watching the movie even though it was halfway through. Jeonghan opened can after can and Joshua watched as Jeonghan's eyes started to become heavy and he leaned against the sofa. Jeonghan started to giggle a lot and Joshua stared in complete fascination with the man beside him. He still wondered why he'd wanted to get drunk at eleven o'clock on a Sunday morning, but he didn't want to question it because it's Jeonghan.

"I might tell you something..." It was the first time Jeonghan had spoken since they started watching the film. His voice was quite lazy and he turned to glance over at Joshua. Joshua instantly knew he was more than a little drunk. Jeonghan suddenly crossed his legs and sat facing him.

"W-what is it?" He knew he shouldn't question a drunk man, but he couldn't help it.

"I want to try something... Actually." Jeonghan closed his eyes then reopened them looking directly at Joshua. He started to crawl over so that he was sat inches away from Joshua, nearly in his lap.

"What do you want to-?" Joshua was cut off as he felt a pair of lips on top of his own. Jeonghan's hands were on either side of Joshua's shoulders and he pushed on them slightly so that Joshua's back rested against the arm rest.

Joshua didn't know how to react. He felt butterflies in his stomach that he couldn't seem to contain. He started to move his lips against Jeonghan's. He didn't know what he was doing. But he knew he didn't want it to stop.

Jeonghan's hands started roaming and Joshua's eyelids flew open. He didn't want Jeonghan to go far when he wasn't in his right state of mind. He pushed on Jeonghan's shoulders and his lips parted from Joshua's.

Before Joshua could say anything Jeonghan said," I bet that's something they don't teach you in church."

He started to giggle and Joshua watched in amazement. Who knew such a beautiful sound could be produced.

"Joshua I think I'm in love." Jeonghan slowly lowered himself so that he was lying on his back, his head resting in Joshua's lap.

"Jeonghan, you're not in your right mind set. You're drunk-"

"And you think if I was sober I'd be able to tell you my true feelings? Come on I'm not that courageous." Jeonghan had started to sober a tiny bit, but his cheeks were still red from what happened moments before.

"You're the most courageous person I know." Joshua laughed lightly.

"Okay then, tell me one courageous thing I've done." Jeonghan reached out and stroked the side of Joshua's face.

"You blew off Margret for one. Such a nice lady..." Jeonghan started to laugh at his comment.

"I wasn't lying earlier. I think I'm in love." Jeonghan now stared into Joshua's eyes.

Joshua didn't realise he'd replied until he heard his voice in his own ears.

"I think I am as well."
