Everyone expects you to always be happy, carefree especially since your coming from a young age at the moment.

People deal with different struggles and challenges everyday and at any age so I don't understand how mental health help has to be labelled at a certain age.

Just because a child doesn't want to eat today doesn't make them have a health issue but what if that continues? You turn around and tell them they're probably just having a bad day? People don't realise that children aren't able to express this kind of emotion. They might not be hungry today, or next week but that can lead on... Yet, you do nothing because you assume that children wouldn't have these sort of emotions.

In fact, you're wrong.

Young people at any age can deal with any kinda struggle you don't have to be a teenager or older to understand what Mental Health really is. People do things on a daily basis and may not realise that this issue should be took in place.

Mental illness must be dealt with and noticed. It's a difficult thing to face alone, that's what I done and it didn't get me any further than where I was 5 years from now.

It's scary to open up but you're not scared to talk about it, it's finding the words to express it.
