Spirit Animals:5 WHEN IN COMBAT

Alyssa was very nervous . She had finally arrived at GreenHaven and the first thing that they were doing was ... combat training . Alyssa was never much of a fighter more of a healer though . But then again she could hold her own with just a knife . Her tigers seemed to feel it too for they kept on nuzzling her open palm . They were walking down a hallway and up ahead of them was a set of giant metal doors . Alyssa assumed that this was the training room and walked in .
The first thing she noticed was that everyone was looking straight at her . Well , that was to be expected because yesterday was the day that she became a anomaly to the known world . The only girl ever to summon two spirit animals . Alyssa walked straight over to Reese , she was her only friend in the team . Even though they came from very different lifestyles they seemed to get along well , so Alyssa usually stuck with her .
With everyone finally in the room Olvan said ," Okay since everyone is now here we will start our first training with Alyssa and Reese." With that statement Rollan muttered," More like torture with Reese and Alyssa ." Alyssa heard and silently laughed to herself . She seemed to notice that her hearing had very much improved since she summoned Majesty and Royalty . Alyssa started to day dream again it was happening more and more these days .
She came back to reality when Olvan said ," This is the exercise we will be doing today . This one is more about your bond with your spirit animals than anything else . I just want to see you guys race to the end of the room ." Alyssa thought he says it like it's easy but this room is about a good two miles . Olvan then said ," Though along the way us your instructors will be in the way and you have to find a way around us, also make sure your teammates get to the end with you no man left behind ." Reese spoke up ," So the object of the game is to not get to not only get to the end but get to the end with your teammates ?" " Correct ." said Olvan
All of the team was lined up in shoulder to shoulder order but with a lot of space inbetween for their spirit animals . Since Alyssa knew she was not a very good fighter and would most likely be the person that the team had to help she had already devised a plan . Olvan said ," Okay you can go now ." Alyssa was now running at her top speed with her tigers beside her it was quite fast . In what seemed like seconds she was facing Key , the green cloak that had brought her here . She had a smirk on her face and her spirit animal a chameleon was sitting on her shoulder . Alyssa knew what she was about to do was risky .
She took a deep breath and silently plead to Majesty and Royalty for help she suddenly felt like she was as light as a feather as her legs left the ground . She looked down and saw Keys dirty blond head underneath her as she jumped over her . The ground came closer and with no time at all she landed in a crouch and started the short journey to the end .
Alyssa silently congratulated herself her plan was a success . She had finally got to the end and saw that Abeke needed help so she ran from her place at the end and sprinted behind Abeke to distract her instructor Olvan for a moment and Abeke slipped past him . Olvan turned around for a spilt second to see Abeke behind him . As he turned around to face Alyssa she was already gone and at the finish line .
At the finish line Abeke said to Alyssa ," Thank you for the help." Alyssa replied and said ," Your welcome the big cats have got to stay together right ?" Abeke replied with a smile ," Yes , Yes the do ." With that Olvan anoucced that training was over and that it was time for lunch .
In the lime green lunch hall Alyssa sat with her only two friends Abeke and Reese as they talked away . While they were talking Alyssa thought maybe that she was supposed to be apart of this team . She knew that she would defiantly enjoy it .
