Niall's Pov

It started out like Braxton hicks, slow and easy to handle, then my water broke, then I told Harry. It took another 12 hours for things to get to the point where I wanted to go to the doctor. We arrived at midnight, July 16th. I didn't want drugs though. Everything was fine with Luca and when I started to push he came out after three pushes. After that is when it got intense.

They took Luca away and cleaned him off but I felt like I still had to push. The doctor said a few curses and told me to push some more. I did, after three more pushes another baby was born, another boy. This baby was immediately taken away and observed to see if there was anything wrong with him.

I looked over at Harry once all the doctors were gone and started to cry.
"Hey, Niall it's ok. Everything's ok, why are you crying?" Harry whispered moving me slightly so he could cuddle me.
"Don't leave me." I whispered crying even harder at the thought. Harry tightened his grip and calmed me down enough so he could talk.

"I would never. I love you Niall. I'd never leave you or our baby boys. Sure, we only planned on one but its ok. We can do this." Harry whispered kissing me over and over again.
"You promise not to leave?" I whispered looking up at Harry.
"I promise." Harry said letting me lean into his chest and fall asleep.

I woke up two hours later in the exact same position. Except this time there were two little babies in a plastic crib like thing off to the side. Harry was awake and when he realized I was up he sat up and let me stretch.
"Gimme." I smiled holding my arms out for a baby.

"Which one?" Harry asked looking at me with a fond look.
"Luca." I smiled waiting patiently to hold the baby that I've waited 9 1/2 months for. Harry handed over Luca and I immediately moved him across my exposed chest to where my left nipple was. I looked down and kissed Luca's forehead softly.

Harry looked over at me with a huge grin when he saw Luca latch on and start sucking. It felt weird at first but I got used to it.
"That's slightly hot." Harry said grinning at me and grabbing the other baby.
"Can I name him?" I asked quietly looking over at the baby in Harry's arm while Luca continued to drink.

"Of course baby." Harry said handing over the other baby and taking Luca once he finished, laughing when he saw milk on his chin. I thought for a total of two minutes thinking of what to name my other baby boy and immediately fell in love with him just like Luca. Harry and I once had a conversation about names for our children.

We both wanted an original name for at least one of our children and also a name that would suit that baby and Luca is what Harry picked out a name that meant bringer of light and that defiantly suited Luca. The next name I picked was one that was original and I thought Harry would love it since he had mentioned it to me when I first found out I was pregnant.

"River James Styles." I said smiling over at Harry. Harry grinned and kissed me softly before nodding.
"River James and Luca Edward." Harry grinned kissing me softly and smiling when he saw River eating. There was a light knock on the door and then Hunter entered with two blue teddy bears and two 'it's a boy' balloons.

Harry took River from me and wrapped him in an orange and white blanket that we had packed as an extra and a blue mustache blanket around Luca before taking a picture (in multimedia) and posted it on Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat with the caption 'River and Luca Styles💙' on all three tagging me or mentioning me in all of them.

"So two babies?" Hunter asked sitting the bears down and letting the balloons go.
"Yeah, and before you ask, no we didn't know, the doctors keep apologizing about them not noticing River but it's ok." I said smiling at Harry and scooting over so that we were laying next to each other. Hunter carefully picked up Luca and smiled down at him while River slept soundly in his makeshift crib.

We were released the following day with more apologies from my doctor and having to get Hunter to run to the store and grab a car seat identical to Luca's. When we left we had Paul help us out so that the boys would be safe. We had blankets over their car seats to protect them from not only the people here but also from the sun because it was almost 90 and the sun was right on us.

Hunter drove himself so he said a quick goodbye and left to go meet up with Zayn. Harry and I loaded the boys into our black Range Rover and we left to go to our house. When we got home I laid on the couch with the boys while Harry left to go get things that we'd need right away for River. I told Harry to leave me at home because I didn't feel up to going out and he agreed thankfully.

The boys were eating every four hours and so I feed both of them and then fell asleep with both River and Luca asleep on my exposed chest.

I woke up with Luca and River not on my chest but I was laying on Harry's exposed chest. I sat up so I was sitting on Harry's thighs and looked at Harry who was on his phone in confusion.
"I fell asleep on the couch." I mumbled yawning.

"I know. I got home and built River's crib and stuff in record timing I might add, and then laid both him and Luca in those mamaroo things and they fell asleep. So I came down here and grabbed you off the couch and went upstairs and laid on the bed with you on your side but as soon as I got up to go eat you started whining about being cold or something so I laid back down and you laid yourself out on top of me." Harry laughed rubbing the hair out of my eyes while I blushed.

"I didn't." I said laying back down on Harry's chest because he was always warm and in the mood to cuddle.
"You did. But it was cute so I'll give you that." Harry said kissing me on the lips.
"We have to feed the boys, wanna go grab them?" I said to Harry to which he nodded and left once I was off of him and sitting up in our bed.

Harry came back with both boys in his arms and handed me River while he changed Luca's diaper. I took river's blanket off and loved the feeling of his cuddly little body when he tried to snuggle into me. He latched on and began to eat while I rubbed my fingers up and down his back. River however stayed wide awake and looked up at me the whole time making me laugh.

Once he finished I handed him over to Harry and took Luca from him. Luca was the exact opposite though and as soon as he started to eat and I ran my fingers up and down his back he fell asleep. I had to wake him up so he could finish and Harry watched in amusement. Once Luca finally finished I burped both of the boys and then laid them on the bed.

"What do you want for dinner?" Harry asked sitting next to me.
"I'm in the mood for some famous Harry Styles shrimp scampi." I grinned looking at Harry with my best puppy dog eyes.
"Ok. As long as you promise to put the boys in the kitchen with us." Harry said looking at me with a grin.
"Deal."
