Chapter 2: Leaving Camp

"Excuse me. May I come in?"

"Yes." You answered plainly not caring who it was at your tent.

"I have a report."

You turned and looked at one of your most trusted troops. Scott. "Yes? What is it?"

"I'm afraid to say that we do not have any healers that survived the battle, therefore leaving Zach's wounds unattended to. Also..."

"Yes?"

"You remember Nohr's leader you fought a couple days ago, correct?"

"Yes."

"He is here and wishes to speak with you. What shall I tell him?"

"It won't be necessary for me to stay in here, so I'll tell him myself. You come with. Lead the way."

You followed Scott to the edge of your camp and narrowed your eyes once you saw him. The one you fought a few days ago in Nohr's capital city. He was dismounting his horse and he was accompanied with two others. Both girls.

"New horse?" You asked walking up to him, with Scott closely by your side.

"I need to speak with you about something very important."

"Well? Out with it." You stated as you crossed your arms.

"It needs to be in private." He replied.

You thought for a moment and put your arms at your side. "Alright. Follow me."

You started your walk and Scott walked alongside you as the other three followed.

"(Y/N), what would you like me to do while your in discussion with them?" Scott asked.

"Go help tend to Zach. We need him healed as quick as possible."

"Yes." He answered and walked off in another direction.

You soon arrived back at your tent. They followed you in and stood while you sat down on a small chair. "Well?"

One of the girls cleared her throat. "Listen. We sent ourselves here so you won't have to worry about any troops following us to attack your camp. But-"

"We've come here to discuss something far more important than stopping your little pitiful rebellion."

"Well then please do tell Mr. I interrupt people when they're talking." You said to him.

"We can't discuss it here though."

"Well then where shall we discuss it?"

"Castle Krakenburg."

You nearly choked when he said this. "You've got to be kidding me. I'm not going anywhere. And why there?"

"Because we need you to meet someone while we're there." The girl who spoke first said.

"I see. I'll consider. I just need a minute to decide."

"I understand. Take your time."

"Why are you going with them. You realize they're are our enemies right?"

"Yes I do realize that Scott. But I have to go. It may help with something."

"Help with what?"

"I don't know. I may find out information."

"Did you at least tell them you'd go in trade for something?"

"Yes. I told them I'd only go if they healed Zach."

He crossed his arms and looked away as you packed a couple of things into your satchel. "And have they healed him already?"

"Yes, but he's still resting." You said. Walking out of the tent to be greeted by the three Nohrians. "Let's go."

You untied your horse from its post and mounted it.

You looked at Scott who had exited the tent after you. "Your in command while I'm gone Scott. Don't let me down."

"I won't." Scott said as you turned and followed the other three to Nohr.
