Chapter 7

August

We arrived back to our little vacation home and I saw another car parked in the driveway. The girls sat in the car asleep from the long day we had.

"Who the fuck?" I looked over at T and back to the car.

"Hey" I tapped Audrey.

"Yeah" she slowly opened her eyes.

"We here"

"Okay.. Girls" she tapped Yari and Tamara.

"Whose car is that bae?" I asked Audrey.

"Hmm? I don't know August" she practically ignored my question, trying to get April out the car seat.

I hopped out the car first with T, we looked into the car and couldn't really find anything.

"Last time I saw an unknown car, yo ass got slapped" T joked.

Referring to the time Miracle showed up to my crib unannounced.

"Man, no one knows where I'm at because Drey set this up"

I unlocked the front door and walked in, I was met with a loud,

"Boyyy!" Travis yelled.

"What the fuck!" I smiled hard.

"Cmere woedie" he walked up to me and hugged me.

"So ya just forgot about me" another voice said.

It was my mother, who so happened to be holding Callie.

"Mama?!" I looked at her surprised.

I walked over to her hugging the life out of her.

"Hey baby" she hugged me back.

In that moment Audrey and the girls walked in.

"You knew!" I pointed at Audrey.

She adjusted April on her shoulder and smiled.

"Hey baby" my mom walked over to Audrey.

"Hi Mama Shelia, how are you?" Drey hugged my mom.

"I'm good love, couldn't wait to see this beauty"

I walked over and grabbed Callie.

"Give Unc a kiss" I smiled at Callie and puckering my lips.

She leaned in and kissed me. I smiled, my nieces always put me in a good mood.

"April what they feedin you ? You like a sack of potatoes"

"Ayeeeee don't do my baybeh like that" I laughed.

"Where Tima?" I aksed Travis.

"She'll be here by tomorrow"

I shook my head and went back to playing with Callie.

We finally settled everyone in. Audrey and I were in our bedroom trying to wind down since my mom was enjoying her two granddaughters.

"I'm sorry I came at you like that today" I said to Audrey.

She shrugged.

"You a hot head" she rolled her eyes.

"But, I'm sorry too" she smirked.

"Whatchu gon do without me?" I laid across the bed and placed my head on her lap.

"No, what are you gonna do without me?" Audrey threw back the question.

"We already know that answer" I smiled.
