Dan and Phil One Shots (2)

Please Don't Go

I tried to write this differently but I'm not too sure it makes sense >.<

TW: Suicide :(

Dan never realised,
But life can change at the blink of an eye,
You'll be having the time of your life,
But it soon flies by.

No one's ever really the same,
People change as they age,
Each year's a new chapter,
And each day's a new page.

At one point you'll be laughing,
The next you'll be crying,
One minute you're in love,
Then you'll feel like you're dying.

YouTube holds the memories,
But Dan can't stand the thought,
Of them together, their grins so wide,
The love they both sought.

The videos went on for 6 years,
Their smiles then began to fade,
Their friendship was the one to suffer,
Its strength was passing, as were the days.

Phil then met her,
Dan was nothing but a shadow,
Phil was soon to leave,
It wasn't his fault though.

She was Phil's new love,
His brand new friend,
He was soon to propose,
That was Dan's end.

Dan was alone,
His missed his old friend,
He wished he had a lover,
His heart would probably never mend.

Dan faded from Phil's mind,
But Phil was definitely in Dan's,
Phil forgot the memories,
Dan was no longer the same man.

She changed Phil, she did,
She messed with his mind,
Took him away from those he loved,
But she acted so kind?

Dan was a broken man,
He didn't have anyone anymore,
He really wanted to leave,
He was knocking on death's door.

He greeted death like a friend,
Letting it take him away,
He was falling down alone,
His mind was too far away.

No one cared, did they?
The love was all too fake,
It may have taken death to notice,
But now it was too late.

Dan's pale figure,
Watched his old best friend,
Phil stood there crying,
As she told her it wasn't the end.

She even looked sad,
Blaming herself,
"It wasn't your fault, you were there,
I took him away myself"

Phil's heart was smashed,
"Why couldn't I help him?"
"I didn't love you," he whispered to her,
"I loved him!"

Dan stood in shock,
Tears filling his dead eyes,
His best friend had liked him back?
And he found out after saying goodbye?

"I love you too." Dan mumbled,
He hoped for some acknowledgement,
But he didn't, he just cried,
As Dan watched in torment.

Phil watched as Dan's body was taken away,
He screamed as Dan cried,
"This is my fault!
It can't be goodbye!"

Dan screamed as he faded,
He didn't want to go alone,
He wished that he stayed,
But it was now his time to go.

He didn't want to die,
Yet it was his own fault,
Suicide isn't the answer,
It only puts your story to its final halt.

Please don't leave,
Your friends and family need you,
No matter what's happening in your life,
Dying isn't something you want to do.

Phil was broken due to Dan's death,
Is that a way you want people to feel?
Phil blamed himself,
Will he ever heal?

Please don't go,
People do love you,
Including me,
Whatever you're going through,
It will be soon be okay,
Trust me on that,
You can make it,
Just don't do what this Dan did or anything like that.

Speak to me or anyone,
You're not alone, you know,
There's always someone there,
So please don't go..

Okay so did you like that kind of structure or not?? I also tried to slip a message in there but I'm not too sure if I like this or not??

Should I write more one shots like this with like the poem-y structure of was it really bad?
