Part 1

Chapter 1 : How TO BE A BOSS

Ladies now everyone knows that being a Boss is a very complicated thing to do even in the working field. Those that become bosses have to be heard and state as to why they should become what they are. If you smart, know what you want, where you see yourself straight out 2 years from highschool, and you got money as we all say then hey your considered a BO$$. Not everyone can be able to do what we want some just don't have no CLUE as to what they may want, some just go ahead and say im going to do this and never make it. Not us as Female Bosses we need to be able to plan ahead and show people that we are better then what they may consider us to be. Some mistaken us because we tend to be quiet, sit back and observe that's just what we do as bosses and some think we crazy. But little do they know were plotting as to how we can make ourselves not go throught whatever that one situation was. Not everything in life will be heard. But DAMN Ladies we have to strut our Cat Walk and show them that when we mean we want to do something in life we don't only wait but we get it completed to what we actually need to do. Every young woman wants to be a success in her personal and professional life. But the path to success can be tricky and navigating it requires that you be proactive in several aspects of your life. By with some dedication and by following some key tips, you will definitely find the way to personal and professional success. Before you can set yourself on the path of being successful in your personal life, it's a good idea to set goals for yourself. By tangibly establishing what your aims are in the short, mid, and long terms, you have an easy way to remind yourself of what you're working towards.

Step 1 : Write your goals on paper. Having a visual clue that reminds you of it and reinforces your goals. For example, you could write something like mines : "My short term goal is to find a job and finish Highschool . My mid-term goal is to graduate in 2016 and still be working . My long term goal is to Continue my education in the Field of Beauty , Open Salons in different places, and Country's, buy my own house, do makeup around the world and get MONEY $$$$$ , get married have 2 kids and have a family while being a successful Boss.." 

Step 2: Ladies it is very important that we Update our goals as we meet them. Once or twice a year, Re-Evaluate your goals to make sure they're still realistic.

Step 3: Create goals that you know you are determined to accomplish and don't just write down anything because it will definitely back fire.

Step 4: Know your list of things to do and goals will never be finished and that it's ok. As you attain your goals and cross items off of your to-do list, you'll also be adding new items.

Two characteristics of a successful person is that they not only have confidence in themselves, but also that they believe in their ability to succeed. Don't expect perfection from yourself because it wont always happen and I had to learn that. As you strive to meet your goals, be confident and believe in your success, it's important to not expect perfection from yourself or those around you.

Perfectionism doesn't mean that you're not trying to be your best, in my opinion it just means you're reaching towards a Better and Greater goal. For example, if you are trying to have the "perfect" body, any minor setbacks can make you not want to achieve it or obtain you from enjoying yourself. It's best to love yourself the way you are and work from there.

Step 5: You need people that have you back no matter and a good ass spouse to hold you down  what and that they know and see you trying so they going to help you achieve your goal. Surrounding yourself with genuine friends and colleagues who will support you through good times and bad is essential to your success. Now I walked into highschool with 5 girls I thought were my friends and now im graduating with 1 just me and my bestie legacy

Step 6: It is difficult to have personal success if your finances are not in order. By controlling your financial profile, you can not only boost your confidence, but also afford yourself opportunities such as education that may come up. Ladies we all know that we need to have a Back UP Plan if something bad was to happen and we need that money .

Chapter 2 : GOT GAME ?

Gentleman play with the minds and emotions of ladies. So do ladies. They lie, cheat and they don't keep it 100%. Ladies and Men that's when we come in and change the game around. I know it may sound very crazy but hey it works. You see the guys know that the women want to be loved, showed around as they girlfriend, be the one they introduce to the family and all, Who doesn't? Ladies you have to show your man you got him and support him and you there for him and more. Do what the guy wants spend time with him  as far as watch the same basketball or football game with them.

Guys like a cool chick that down for whatever but once she see something she not doing she keep it 100% and she tell him like it is, in a kind but still loving manner. You see yes everyone has their moments where as they want to try and see how it is to juggle more then, one Basketball. I would refer some guys to be called basketballs because they use girls and jump from one girl to another Dribble Dribble just like Basketball.Then, you have guys that are down for there women and supports her in every way that he can. He guides her in the right and the wrong. Not every person out in the world is an ass.  

We are the ones that suppose to show them how it goes but yet let them have some control not all. Don't make your man feel like he isn't important because some guys are worth keeping while some are like an eraser that you can just delete from your mind. Question to the Ladies?? What is one thing that your man protects the most? I got the answer it's the phone! My ex protected his phone to the fullest. A phone to a player is treasure because that's his L.B.B meaning his Little Black Book.

Now some do this because there girl Isn't nosey or she just don't care to get played. Now here's a situation. What happens when he's in the bathroom showering, and his phone alerts him to a new text message? If you have an iPhone, it will show you have a new message from. Here's how they decide to handle this and get away with it. They create a extra contact with someone else's name to try to make it seem like it's the person on the contact when it really not, its one of they hoes. Same with the ladies they both do the same thing but keep it on the Down Low.

Chapter 3: "What Men Really Think About Successful, Independent Women"

Guys don't want a Lady that don't know what she wants or want to do. Many men are actually attracted to and admire women who are independent, self-assured, and established, no matter what some of you may think. There is respect for what they've been able to accomplish in their lives and who they are as people. Some of these skills are obtained out of necessity, but nevertheless many men find these qualities quite attractive. Now if they guy doesn't find a women that smart, independent, know what she wants and more then Hell Yeah something wrong with him and ill give you a Hint. He's a Mama's Boy and he doesn't want NOTHING to deal with you or women in general. Now don't get me wrong there nothing wrong with a guy having a ton of love for the women that brought him in this world. But its another situation where's he too afraid to do things because he constantly following after what his mama does.

Chapter 4: Maintain your Dreams Don't Give Up

Dedication: I would like to thank those that tried to bring me down because no im on that level but higher then you They inspiring words pushed me to want to do more for my self and not care what others have to say against me or about me.
