Your POV
I woke up and looked next to me. Shadow was gone. Where is he? I climbed out and saw him sitting against the tree. "Good morning sleepy head." He smirked.
"How long have you been out here?" I asked. "I woke up around 5 so I stayed out here to keep watch." He answered. Why would he wake up so early? But it was nice that he kept watch. "So you ready to go on the journey?" He asked.
I nodded and we set out.
Shadow's POV
(Y/n) climbed out of the tent and I smirked. We talked for a bit and we started walking in the woods. It was quiet for a couple minutes until she broke the silence. "So Shadow, where are you from?" She asked. "Möbius." I answered.
"Cool." She replied. I was then curious about her. "What about you?" I asked. She kept looking at the ground with no emotion. This was weird.
"I don't exactly know." She answered. How does she not know? "How old are you?" I asked. "(Y/a)." She answered. "Little young to be out here alone don't you think?" I asked.
"I always go alone." She said. "Really? Me too." I smiled. She smiled back and we continued walking.
Your POV
Shadow seemed pretty cool. We had a lot in common. He even travels places alone like me. I heard something like a robot. "Do you hear that?" I asked.
"Yeah. Stay back." He said stepping in front of me. He pulled out a gun and loaded it. A giant robot popped out! Shadow started to shoot the robot but I knew that it wouldn't work. I grabbed some vines and swung from another.
I tied the robot and he fell to the ground. I pulled out my pocket knife and stabbed the battery. I looked at Shadow and he looked amazed. "Not bad for a little girl." He smirked. "Really, all you did was shoot guns." I laughed.
He chuckled a little and said "that's all I've ever learned when I was in GUN". "Cool. But like I learned how to do this on my own." I said. He smiled, but I saw something in his eye. Darkness, fear, and hate. How could he feel all these emotions but not show them?
He eyes started to glow red. "Shadow what's going on with your eyes?" I asked. He snapped out of some sort of trance and said "Nothing". He continued walking and I followed. But now I was more curious about him.
