(Riot's Pov)
It's been a whole school year, The guys and I have done our school work online while we have been touring but now it was the real deal. We were on break and it was graduation week. I was excited to be graduating from high school. I was finishing the touches to my make up when I saw dad standing in the door way of the bathroom.
"Hey Dad what's up" I smiled at him through the mirror.
"Hi princess just wanted to talk"
"oh okay. I'm listening." I turn to him and sat on the counter.
"I'm so proud of you sweetie. you came a long way from being in a adoption center to being in a band, being a mom to Wyatt and graduating from school. You became a young lady I thought you would be when I first adopted you. I'm just so proud of you and I aspect you make the right choice when it becomes to big decisions like college maybe, marriage and babies"
"Haha okay dad, I will I promise" I kissed his cheek and hugged him. He hugged back and left me to finish getting ready. I grabbed my shoes and sat on the bed and thought about what he said. The guys and I actually applied to University of Texas and we all got accepted. I was nervous to tell Mom, Dad, James and my Uncles that I got accepted. And for the most part James and I been together for 3 years almost 4 years and I was ready to marry him if he ever gets the guts to ask me.
I put my shoes on and put on the gown and went down stairs to everybody. I smiled when they saw me. I looked at James and saw him standing to a familiar person. I looked closer and saw it was Ms. June.
"Ms. June?"
"Ello Riot. Look at you, you've grown up to a beautiful young lady and you are a mommy to this adorable child."
"Haha yes, It was a fast decision for James and me to adopt Wyatt."
"I bet" she hugged me and we started the pictures. After pictures we all headed to the coliseum. I got in my place and sat there through the speeches and other stuff. Soon principle Anders started calling our names.
"Riot Quinn Bruce" I walked to the stage and got my diploma and went back to my seat. After everybody name was called we threw our caps in the air. I went to find everybody. James saw me and opened his arms for me to run to him. He spun me in a circle and kissed me, He let go of me and I hugged everybody. Dad turned me towards James and saw he was on one knee with an engagement ring.
"Riot will you marry me?" I smiled and looked at him.
"And I thought you would never asked. Yes!" I giggled and kissed him as everybody cheered. We went to the house and had a barbeque. I got dressed in regular clothes and went outside where everybody was. My band mates looked at me and I nodded.
"Guys? The guys and I have something to tell you."
"What is it?" Mom asked.
"Well we all applied to UT--"
"University of Texas?" Dad questioned and I nod.
"Yes. Well we all applied there and we all got accepted in the music department."
"That's amazing Riot but what about tours?" Sam asked.
"Well I talked to the counselor and she said we can do online classes when we are on tour."
"Wow wasn't expecting that but we are with you guys one step at a time." Dad said as we nodded.
"Okay so now that's out of the way lets party" I said as we all laughed and went in the pool and goofed around.
