Chapter 16: Your worst nightmare
"Yvette... Come closer now don't be shy." Said....... Jackson.
I backed up and I hit the tree behind me.
I shut my eyes tighter. "Don't be afraid...." He said bringing the knife closer to my neck.
My heart beats fast in every second........
"Geoffrey!!!!!!"
"Yvette! Wake up! It's just a dream!" I hear angel words...
My eyes shot open see Geoffrey sitting up rubbing his eyes.
"Geoffrey?... Thank god it was just a dream."
"Are those dreams still bothering you?"
I nodded.
"I'll get you some tea.... If it ever happens again.... Cuddle with me. And you'll be safe in my arms" he said getting up.
I turn my side of the lamp. I stare at the picture where we first met.
Memories bring back the most treasure....
"Here, I put sugar in there."
"Gracias... Geoffrey? Why?"
"Why what?"
"Is there something wrong....with my dreams?"
"When you were giving birth.... Your brain was having trouble.... And uh,... Everything you fear..... Came to your mind first when you sleep...."
