Gaara X Reader: Love Me

Chapter 16: The Battle Begins

         "He looks scary..." I whispered to Gaara. "I kn-" Gaara was interrupted by the mysterious voice. "I know I am dearie..." I gasped. I turned around slowly to see that Orochimaru was behind me.

         "EEK!" I yelled in surprise. As a reflex, I went to punch his face, but then he grabbed my fist, which was only 2 inches away from his face. I gasped. "You have to be faster than that to hurt me..." Orochimaru said. Orochimaru grabbed my fist tighter. He pulled my arm and threw me towards the wall.

       "(Y/N)!" Gaara yelled, concerned. Gaara put his hand out towards me and then Gaara's sand came out of his gourd and started coming towards me. The sand went past me and went to the wall. When I hit the sand, it didn't hurt. I fell to the floor.

         Gaara sighed in relief. Temari ran to me. She kneeled down. "Are you ok (Y/N)?" Temari said, worried. "I'm ok, thanks to Gaara." I said while looking at Gaara and smiling. Temari smiled too. "Yeah, thanks to Gaara." Temari said.

         Temari helped me get up. I looked at Orochimaru angrily. "So, you're Gaara of the sand. The jinchuuriki." Orochimaru said. "How do you know I'm a jinchuuriki?" Gaara asked. "Don't you know? I used to be a member of the Akatsuki. I quit but that doesn't mean I don't know their plan to capture the Jinchuuriki and their Tailed Beasts to create a new jinchuuriki." Orochimaru answered.

          "What else do you know about me?" Gaara asked in his monotone voice. "I also know that you're the 5th Kazekage of the Sand Village and that your father was the 4th Kazekage." Orochimaru answered. I looked at Orochimaru, surprised that he knows that information.

           Gaara's eyes widened in surprise. "I also know that this young lady that you saved with your sand is your apprentice and that you two are in love with each other." Orochimaru added. Gaara and I blushed. "HOW DO YOU KNOW ALL THIS!?" I yelled. "I know you're in love with each other because of how you two react to each other." Orochimaru answered.

           "Shut up!" I yelled in frustration as I threw a kunai at him. He dodged it. I ran to him and I put my fist out. I went to punch his face but he grabbed my fist. I went to punch his face with my other fist but he grabbed that one too. Then I jumped and went to kick him with my right leg.

         I kicked Orochimaru in the stomach and he let go of my fists and took a step back.
