"Delphina!Hurry up, today is your interview!" called out my mother Ariel.
I raced down the stairs with my hair looking like a demented bird nest, with no shoes on my feet.
My mother looked ready to murder me." Delphina , what! Why aren't you dressed! Do you realize how important this interview is? Do you?!" my mother challenged.
I sighed in response."Yes Mom I do realize how important this internship is, because you tell me every freaking day!" I snapped.
I scurried down the stairs and slipped on my glistening black knee high Hunter boots. Mom handed me a brush and hair straightener by CHI. I quickly straightened and styled my long and wavy dark brunette locks.
"Oh honey you look like a future businesswoman !" My mother began to tear up a bit. She leaned in to give me a kiss on the forehead but I ducked away.
"Bye Mom, see you!" I called out as I dashed out the front door.
Once I got outside I hopped on my bike and pedaled as hard as I could down the road.Sweat droplets oozed down my face in the blazing summer heat.
Once I got to enormous building I parked my bike and headed down the marble walkway----
Oh wait I'm so rude! I haven't introduced myself yet, y'all must be hella confuzzled! Let me fill you in. I'm Delphina Sherwood! I'm 16 years old and I was born on October 31st aka Halloween. That seems to be the only remotely interesting thing about me. I live an extremely average life. I have a boyfriend named Sam Winston who's quarterback and Student Body President and quite the looker. My best friend Ivy DelReal is Tumblr in real life. She's eccentric and a writer. Ivy has been all around the world and blogs about it. Her blog, DelReal World, has over 10,000 followers. My dad- well he's dead. He's been dead.... for a loooooong while. I don't even really remember him. Just a few small memories here and there. It's mostly just been me and my mom. My mom is the world - renowned plastic surgeon Ariel Sherwood with her own practice. I'm currently attending Walatin High School and I'll be a senior in fall. So that's my life! I feel like I'm forgetting something, ugh! What was it? Oh yeah I'm interning for a major production company that may be a potential partner in my moms practice. So if I don't get this job my Mom can say goodbye to this deal.
My heels clacked down the walkway and I pushed open the spinning door. The old pink faced and white bearded doorman gave me a warm and cheeky grin and a slight wave. I waved back half heartedly. Something was a bit off setting about the man but I still wanted to be polite, 'cuz my vibes might be wrong and then I've bitch slapped an innocent man! Ya feel? As I walked into the empty elevator my IPhone buzzed fiercely. I fished it out of the pocket of my "smart" blazer. I looked at the screen. The texts sent to my phone were hella cryptic.
Anonymous:What happens in the future I can tell if I was there to witness it

Anonymous: Life won't be so flavorless anymore. Twists and tribulations await you secretly.
"Who in the hell is sending me these texts? And that last one sounds like a bad erotic fanfic." I mumbled to myself.
The elevator gave off a slight ping and it opened to the 50th floor: The Executive's Office. As the door slowly opened I couldn't believe who the other contender for the internship was.
