*Rosie*

I stood frozen and alone inside the room after he left. I was in shock. There was nothing I could do to help him; to save him.

The sound of Chewbacca's cry filled my ears and I broke from my trance, following the sound waves. They took me a very dark and ominous hall that lead to a room filled with different machines that a orange glow illuminating the floor. I peeked my head around the corner. My heart broke at the sight of Han being prepared to be frozen in carbonite while Leia and Chewie cried and pleaded for Anakin not to do it. Anakin was back to being Darth Vader as his eyes were no longer filled with admiration for me but with hatred for those before him.

"I love you" Leia screamed to Han. Tears pricked my eyes as I remembered that time on Geonosis, when me and Ani were going to die. We told each other we loved each other than. Now, our daughter was being split apart from the man she loves, not knowing his fate.

"I know" Han replied before being lowered down into the chamber. When the platform came back up Han was no longer Han but a brick of carbonite. His face was pained at he clearly was in pain at the feeling of his body freezing. My eyes glanced at Leia who was almost hysterical at the sight; I don't even want to imagine how she feels.

"Reset it for Skywalker." Anakin ordered, making my heart stop beating. Luke was to be put through that same process. Ordered by his own father. A small frown set its way onto my face as I felt my lip begin to quiver; I was about to lose it. The second I looked up and my eyes locked onto a pair of yellow eyes, the tears began to fall. I turned and ran away from the room as fast I could. I only stopped when I ran directly into another body.

"Rosie, Rosie are you ok" I heard a familiar voice ask, gripping my forearms tightly. Luke. Anxiety immediately replaces my sadness as I realized what this could lead to.

"You need to get out of here. Please, go!" I rushed out. His face scrunched up in confusion.

"Rosie, I just got here. What's wrong? Where's Leia? Han? Chewie?" He asked.

"Luke listen to me-" I started.

"He's here." Luke muttered lowly. "I can feel him." My heart practically fell to my stomach at his words. If Luke could sense Anakin then Anakin already knows he's here.

"Please don't do this Luke, he's too strong" I pleaded, grabbing his arm and holding back.

"Im sorry Rosie, I'm the only one who can stop him" he told me.

"He's going to kill you!" I practically screamed.

"At least I'll die trying" is all he said before releasing his arm from grip and seeking out Anakin. My jaw was slacked open but no words could escape my lips. My feet began to slowly follow after him, wanting to maybe try one more time to stop him. All attempts and even hope of stopping the inevitable left my body as the sound of lightsabers colliding filled my ears.

A choked sobbed escaped my lips as I practically collapsed to the ground in a heap of purple and silk. "Rosie? Oh my goodness, are you alright?" Leia came running up besides me, kneeling next to me and resting a hand on my shoulder. I sat up and wiped at my tears, forcing a smile on my lips.

"Nothing I just got a bit emotional after the events. How are you doing..." I trailed off as Lando came up to us with Chewbacca by his side. Anger bubbles up inside me as I remembered he was the one who caused this problem.

"Look I don't trust him either but he's going to help us get to the Falcon. We have to go."Leia sighed, helping me up. I brushed off the skirt of my dress and sent her a thankful smile.

"Are we sure he's taking us to the falcon?" I asked.

"Listen Han is my friend. I never wanted this for him. I want to help." Lando explained, I watched him carefully and went against my better judgement by deciding to trust him.

"Then lets go" I muttered, following closely behind the group as they walked swiftly towards the hangar bay where the Millenium Falcon rested, hopefully all fixed. The faint sound of lightsabers once again filled my ears making me wince. "Leia, Luke he's-"

"I know. We have to trust him." She tried convincing me, though she didn't sound too convinced herself.

"He's not strong enough. Vader is much older and more experienced." I argued.

"That doesn't necessarily mean anything, we have to let Luke finish this once and for all." A cringe made its way onto my face at her words, them referring to the love of my life dying at the hands of our own son.

"A wise man once said 'experience outranks everything else'" I muttered.

"We need to have faith in the force and wherever he went" Leia spoke firmly, she clearly was beginning to have doubts herself but refused to concede and go help. I decided not to say anything further as it was no use.

Not too much later we reached the hangar and hurried onto the ship as Leia and Lando began firing at the troopers who had found us. Chewbacca pushes me forward, hurriedly shoving me onto the ship. Not long after, Leia and Lando came rushing onto the ship, turning it on and lifting off immediately. We quickly flew away from Cloud City, almost making it out when Leia spoke up. "Chewie turn around we have to go back."

"What about the fighters?" Lando asked.

"I don't care about he fighters I know where Luke is, he's in danger." With that Chewbacca maneuvered the ship and turned us around, following Leia's orders as to where she thought he was.

We began to search for him. "Come on Luke where are you" I heard Leia whisper to herself. My eyes scanned the horizon, seeing a large building in the distance with a silhouette hanging off of it.

"There's someone up there" I pointed out.

"It's Luke" Leia confirmed. "Chewie open the top hatch, Lando go help him in. I'm going to pull up directly under him. By now I was biting my nails in anxiety as we stopped the ship right under him. He dropped down, being caught by Lando. My motherly instincts kicked in as I grabbed a blanket and rushed over wrapping it around his shivering body.

"Oh Luke" I whispered, seeing him beaten badly and missing a hand. I pulled him close, hugging him tight. "Leia" I called. She jumped up and ran over hugging us both.

"Come on" she mumbled, gesturing for me to help take him to the cots to rest.
