Stolen number by -selcouth

It is a hilarious story of a clever boy who texts quirky lines to impress a nerdy girl at school. And does it work? Wouldn't readers like to find out? The plot line might be pretty plain and simple where 'two love birds flock as one', but what's interesting is how it is done.

So, come take a look at it, but please make sure no one has stolen your number!

Stories We Tell by ktwriter_

Taking a road down memory lane, during a snowy ride ... it might somehow bring back candid memories of the past. And that's what just happens in this book, where two college students learnthat they had more common things than they bargained for. Through stories they told each other once a snowstorm halts their pleasant road trip and a weekend in a motel together, Rosalee and Trevor learned that they had much more things in common. It's not your everyday love story; instead it's more of a journey where both find learn more about themselves.

Locked in a library by VioletAddison

The library might be a common spot where most readers and writers often flock too to because it is a cozy place where tranquility is involved. In addition to this, many might call it 'their second home.' But what happens when you find yourself locked in it, and it's with an irritating person that interests you?

That's what happens to Vincent and Olivia one night; two strangers who were bound to cheer each other up. And in the end, a little girl gets the best advice from Olivia, before they leave. So, please take a look at this book, we're sure you will love it!

Penny's from Heaven by sloanranger

There is a quote by Ernest Hemingway that states that "No one should be alone in their old age" found in his book The Old Man and the Sea. Thus, no one is ever too old to find love - even if it is one you thought you'd lost.

In this story, Frank longs for his high school love named Penny as his son took him to a nursing home. But little did he know that his prayers soon would be answered.

There's always hope that you will meet someone from your past again, if it was meant to be ... fate would lead you there! Shall a penny for your thoughts, win you over? *winks*

Seed Heads by cynthiagreen

This is a story where two best friends, who just couldn't say those 'three words' that would allow their friendship to blossom, live on. Like the seeds of a dandelion, time slowly passes away. If you love someone, tell them before it is too late. Sometimes, 'it's so hard to say goodbye to yesterday'!

Wishes might never come true if you blow it off over a dandelion seed head, or a shooting star. Those could just be fantasies found in children books, who believe that something magical could happen. But those dreams can come true if you only try. So, make them happen before the end comes - or you'll soon learn that your opportunity to do so has flown away.

The Easter Bunny by xMalonex

In this story, two siblings go to the town park to enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt; but tragedy soon strikes. There's something special about the little girl as she watches over her family throughout her life; but then she realizes that it was her pink stuffed Easter Bunny that kept her spirit alive!

Easter is about hope and happiness. And almost everyone knows about the Easter Bunny. But sometimes, things can go wrong. It can be a time for sorrow, a time for peace, but also a time to move on with one's life if you are willing to let go!

The Red String of Fate by BlackArcher

According to an old Eastern Asian beliefs (especially in Chinese and Japanese legends), the red string of fate is a symbol where the gods tie an invisible red cord around the ankles or fingers of those that are destined to meet one another in a certain situation or help each other in a certain way.Gwen was destined to be a matchmaker, but she stopped doing that job, since some of her clients were not pleased with her work. Thus, she too suspended the thoughts of looking for her own soul mate. But little did she know that he was right there all along before he moved on.A unique story where an old tradition is told; and that there's a chance that everyone has a true love. But then again, there's a quote that mentions how 'it's crazy how someone that used to be a huge part of your life, can be gone so soon before your very eyes'.

Out of the Blue: in her Mother's Shoes by LisaBrunette0

Has anyone ever heard the term of a "military brat"? Shocking as it may, children of soldiers have been dubbed with this name. But what does it mean and must it have a negative connotation tied with it? According to the web, a "military brat" and various "brat" derivatives describe the child of a parent or parents serving full-time in the United States Armed Forces, and describes how their nomadic lifestyles tend to be.

In this story a young Air Force "brat" can't resist her very strict mother's collection of shoes. She learns the truth behind her mother's secrets during her dad's deployment in the Philippines. And in the end, she looks for a place where she can calm down.

Milkboy (Completed) by lets-defeat-the-huns

A hilarious story of a milkboy who comes to visit a girl named Cassia to brighten her days as she lives with her grandparents. But there's more to this story than meets the eye, and that my friends just makes the story even juicier.

They say a poor boy and a rich girl cannot be a couple ... um are we still living in the times of William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet? Hardly, but if there's a will, there's always a way! And opposites can attract; they just have to learn how to do it correctly.

She's gone and I'm lost by Kristen___

A story of friendship and trust; thus, it might make you- the reader- question the fact on who your true friends are.

Will they abandon you, will they keep your promise or will they break your heart? Sometimes, you just have to realize that some things cannot be always stay perfect. And if perfection does exist, is that what we really want? A world without any errors is a place where we could not learn from our own mistakes.

It is a heartwarming story that we included in our list because we wanted to give readers a sense of hope and encouragement after dealing with sorrow.
