Marco sauntered through the hallway of his house. A smile plastered on his face as he gripped the handle of Star's door. He was going to tell her that they had the whole house to themselves for the entire day.
"Oooohh Staaar." he sang opening the door.
Just then red paint was splattered on his head followed by a bucket.
He heard laughs escape from his best friends mouth. He took of the bucket from his head and grimaced at her.
She was holding her stomach and wiping tears from her eyes.
"You should've s-seen your face!" she said between laughs.
Marco's frown curled to a smirk when he heard that laugh.
"You think that's funny, huh?" he said giving her a mischievous look.
Star continued to laugh before she was splashed with blue paint.
"Hey! I was gonna use that for Mr. And Mrs. Diaz!" she stated, wiping the paint of her eyes.
"Well they're out for the day and I get to do this." he snapped a picture of her and bursted out laughing.
"Your gonna pay for that Diaz!" she said lunging herself forward.
He side-stepped and she fell on the floor.
He laughed and darted outside the door.
"Come back here!" she shouted with a mischievous grin.
The whole day was filled with pranks and just goofing around.
The two teenagers washed up all the paint, feathers, glitter and any dirt that got on them off and were now laying next to each other on the backyard hammock.
Star sighed and snuggled closer to Marco. His face burned at the feeling of her warm breaths.
After calming down for a few minutes. He wrapped his arm around her and drifted to sleep.
Star's eyes fluttered open and she stifled a giggle at the sight of Marco's sleeping face.
Oh..she couldn't stand it anymore! She softly kissed his lips. His eyes flew open at the contact and he returned the kiss.
