Okay, I'm very very very sorry for not updating in so long, but I may or may not have slid down a slide with my already SLIGHTLY broken phone in my back pocket. Which really broke it. Anyway here's a chapter, feel free to add any suggestions or complaints in the comments. ON WITH THE STORY.

After obtaining your pet, along with a small ginger kitten for Akane, you both began walking towards the wand-selling store.

"So, how exactly will I choose my wand? Do I get to pick it or..." You were confused as to how the wand thing worked, Akane had talked about how "the wand chooses the wizard" or something like that. You arrived at a large store, bigger than all the others, that had the words "Olivander's" at the top in big, gold, lettering.

"Alright, here it is!" Akane began jumping up and down, while clapping mind you, and then suddenly stopped and looked rather glum.

"What's wrong?" You were worried that you had done something to upset your new friend.

"Oh, well I remembered I had promised my little sister to help her with her shopping." She spoke rather slowly, like this information was to to her.

"It's okay, I'll just ask the clerk for help. Plus, I've still got some money left that Hagrid lent me." You spoke cheerfully, as to try and cheer up your friend.

"Ok, well if you need anything else, you know where to find me!" Akane smiled brightly, and ran off waving towards the direction you two had come. You walked into the large store, and were immediately amazed at the rows upon rows of boxes--they looked like shoe boxes, but not quite-- and you proceeded to stride near the store clerk for help.

"Hi, I'm (y/n), I'm looking to buy, a wand, I suppose?" The words seemed more logical in your head, saying them out loud made you feel crazy, this all still felt kind of like a dream.

"Alright then Ms.(l/n), you can start upstairs, just take a box and look inside, then pick the wand that suits you." His wrinkled face broke into a grin, with his greasy grey hair splaying all around his face.

"But, how will I know which wand to pick?" You wondered about the reality of all this. Twisting a (h/c) lock of hair around your finger, you nodded with a small "okay" and went up the brown Oakwood stairs. They were covered with a lush red carpet. You found your way upstairs and marvelled at the huge expanse of shelves, some of them reaching all the way up to the ceiling. You didn't even know where to start. You walked towards the first shelf and picked out a box, it was a tan-ish kind of colour, but a little bit off, like it was really old. You pulled the lid off the box, only to be greeted by the scent of old books and dust. Sitting in an indented part of the inside of the box, was a stick. It tapered down at one end, and was a rich, kind of dark brown colour. There was a tag. It was also yellowed and old and smelled like an old attic, and written in dark, curving letters were the words: "Unicorn hair, 6 inches, mahogany wood" you didn't really know what the word meant, but it sounded kinda cool. You took out the wand and turned it over in your hands. At the base was a grip, it curved inward and was decorated with little beads and swirls, it was the kind of pattern a little girl would have on her princess dress. You placed the wand back into the box, studied it and its tag for awhile, then put the lid back on and returned it to its rightful place.

You walked a little further down the shelves, inspecting the boxes, looking for anything that caught your eye, and soon something did. It was a lighter box, almost white, and quite a bit longer than the previous one. You stopped walking and slid it off the shelf. You lifted the lid and were surprised that this time there was no smell, only a crisp, clean box, and a white tag with very small and neat handwriting on it. This one read:"Phoenix feather, 10 inches, Oakwood." You lifted the wand out of the clean linen of the box, and examined it well. It was a lighter colour than the other one, a light shade of brown, and it felt light, like a feather. The end of this one was simpler, it was a spiral going down the bottom of the wand, with a streak of white here and there. You felt like looking around a bit longer, so you placed the wand back in its box, then onto the shelf.

You had been walking for a bit longer this time, but you had found a shelf that piqued your curiosity. You wondered around the smaller shelf. You reached towards a box, it was long and black and you wanted to touch it, but it was warm. As soon as your fingers came in contact with the sleek, black cardboard, your hand began to heat up.

"Ah!" You instinctively yelped and pulled your hand back, only to be greeted by a voice from downstairs. It was the man from before.

"Are you alright miss?" He was half yelling since you were so far upstairs.

"I-I'm fine!" You replied quickly, hoping he wouldn't think you were doing anything bad. When he didn't reply, you assumed you were fine and reached for the box again, this time being ready for the warmth. You pulled the box out and felt the heat spread around you, warming every particle of your body. You lifted the lid, and looked at the wand. It was black, pitch black, with a red undertone. You picked up the wand and placed the box on the floor, holding the wand like it were made of crystal. Your eyes darted away from the sleek, black stick, to the tag hanging of the end. It was red, but the paper turned black as the note got closer to the edges. It was written in curly, drippy, black ink. This tag read: "Dragon Heartstring, 8 inches, cherry wood and black Amber."

"Black Amber?" You hadn't realised you'd been speaking out loud until the clerk interrupted you. It startled you a bit.

"Miss, have you uh, found a wand?" His eyes darted nervously to the wand in question, then back to your face.

"Would you like that one, it's a little old, but if you feel you should have it..."  You thought to yourself for a while, considering the old man's offer.

"I think I'll take this one, I've taken a rather liking to it." You had barely begun to think when the words came out of your mouth, you hadn't even formed a sentence when they did.

"A-alright." The man took the box from your hand and retreated back downstairs. You thought to yourself for a moment, wondering about the strange experience you just had.

After buying the wand, and paying the appropriate amount of money (or gallons, as the clerk had said) you worked your way through the mass of people. You remembered something. Akane hadn't even told you what to do or where to go after buying you wand.

"Hey! (Y/n)!" You looked towards the direction the voice had come from, it was Toby. He was waving you over to talk. You took a step forward, but not before noticing someone that looked familiar. Upon further inspection, you figured that it was one of those twins from the bookstore, there was no sight of the girl, so you assumed it was her twin, Tyler.

Option 1: go and ask Tobias for directions and possibly chat.
                                    OR
Option 2: go and ask Tyler for directions and figure out why his (seemingly evil) twin isn't with him.
