this is where the real shit starts
"WHAT THE FUCK DO you think you're doing?" Lisa exclaims, walking out towards the swimming pool. She sees two other people on the highest diving board, their eyes closed and hands clenched tightly together. When they hear her voice, they open their eyes and look at her questioningly.
"What do you fúcking think?" Luke responds, raising an eyebrow.
"I don't know, dying, maybe? All of this is an illusion. This school is an illusion. If that swimming pool is an illusion, you asshats, you'll be asphalt meat in seconds." Lisa replies, crossing her arms over her chest, a look of nonchalance pasted over her face.
"We'll take our risks." Atiya says, and before Lisa can respond, the pair jump. It's a big fall, and Luke is scared out of his wits. He's frightened of heights, of falling, of not knowing where to land. It feels like an eternity has passed before they hit the water. An eternity of uncertainty, of fear, of breathlessness. And when they go underwater, all noises ceasing around them, Atiya clenches her eyes closed. She tightens her grip on Luke's hand. Everything seems to slow down, her heart, her lungs, her own fúcking body. She feels the water crushing her, cutting off all means of escape. She makes no attempt to move, and keeps sinking downwards. Luke snakes an arm around her waist and struggles for a moment, before he pulls themselves up and above the constraints of chlorine. He gasps, his eyes burning because of the chemicals. Atiya chokes, her legs thrashing about in fear.
When Luke opens his eyes, he curses, "Fúck."
The person in front of him resurfaces as not himself, but a girl. She still has his features, still has the same blonde hair, but it's longer now. It has streaks of brown at the roots, the tips. Her eyes have changed completely, going from blue to a dark brown. She looks like Luke's twin, but Luke doesn't mind because he knows that it takes a lot to trust someone completely.
"Holy shit," Atiya gasps, her heart beating at an imaginable rate, her palms curled into themselves. The fact that she can't feel solid ground beneath her feet scares her even more. The boy in front of her is looking at her in awe, and she knows for a fact that she's mirroring his expression.
"You're really attractive, wow," She comments, before pushing herself towards the edge of the pool and pulling herself up. Her mind is about to burst, because she would've never done something like this before. She quickly runs towards where her jeans and shirt are lying and pulls them on, because if the stunt worked for Luke like it did for her, then he could see her in her undergarments and she does not want that.
Luke is not in as much of a hurry, and so Atiya takes her time to admire his broad shoulders.
"You're not so bad yourself," Luke says, his right eye dropping into a subtle wink. Atiya would fangirl, honestly, but she's just too perplexed by the fact that it worked.
"So," Lisa says awkwardly, because she is suddenly looking at her naked self and it is not what she asked for, "it actually worked?"
"Not completely," Luke says, pulling his shirt over his head, "but yeah."
(was still figuring out what to do for others so i kinda shipped myself with luke ;)) )

"Teresa," Calum says in a hushed whisper, his palm curling around her arm as he pulls her to the side, "I have a plan."
"Why do I feel death lingering over me?" Teresa jokes, following Calum as he pulls her away from the group.
"Shut up." Calum says, to which Teresa simply responds by rolling her eyes.
