Not what I expected when I moved to LA ( Sawyer, Joey, and Tyler )

3: A day at the mall takes an unexpected twist

I wake up late the next morning and walk out of my dark room. We haven't got the light to work yet and my blinds were closed. I touch my frizzy hair and sigh. I hated when I had to actually do something with my hair. It was such a hassle for me.

I walk to the small kitchen in my brother's apartment and smell some amazing food. I see he is cooking us eggs and sausage. I look at him " oh no.. You don't have to do that!" I smiled and hugged him. He was such a great big brother.

" It's fine. You live here for now.. So I'll take care of you until you get on your feet" He said smoothly in his manly morning voice. He was pretty attractive and most likely a ladies man, but he was also my big brother and I loved him to death. 

" Thank you." I said and took a seat at the granite top bar we had hanging off the side of the kitchen. I looked out the kitchen window to see the entire state it seemed like. I look at the mountains in the back and smile lightly. This place was so beautiful!

I look away and at the plate being set infront of me. I rubbed my hands together and licked my lips. I was super hungry. I grabbed the fork and dug it into the egg and smiled as he took a bite of his. It was so savory and rich. Oh, did I forget to mention that he was a chef at the nicest restraunt around? It was a great benifit!

" How'd you sleep" I asked him after a chewed up the last of my yellow scrambled eggs. 

" Good, How about you?" He saked with his mouth full. At least he was nice enough to cover his full mouth with a napkin. 

" Wonderful. I was out like a light almost immidiately!" I exclaimed and took a bite of the perfectly cooked sausage. We chatted for a bit longer and I went back to my room and my personal bathroom and got out my brush.

I raked through my hair for a bit and finally curled the ends a bit. I put on red lipstick and eyeliner. I leaned in as I put on my mascara and looked to see if it was even after I was done. I nodded at the mirror before walking back to my room. 

I put on comic girl leggings and a plain black pull over that was a size too big. I looked at myself in the mirror in my room and jumped onto my bed as my phone buzzed. I saw that Tyler had texted me. I smirked slightly as I opened it. It read:

" Hey girly. Joey and I are going to the mall with some other friends. Wanna come and get away for a bit?"

I started to type on my phone and sent it to him

" Of course! I would love to!(: "

He texted back almost immidiatly, like he was waiting for a response. I smiled and read it carefully.

"Okay, Well since you don't have a car, I will pick you up from your house in 30 mins. Is that okay?"

I thought about it and looked out the door and saw Alek ( My brother ) watching the TV. I looked back at the phone and texted back.

" Sure! I'll be ready!" I never got a reply back and I waited for a while on the couch with Alek and then the doorbell rang. 

" Sorry I'm going out with friends. I'll see you later" I said and kissed his cheek as I walked away.

We finally got the the outlet mall and I got out of Tyler's car. We looked around for Joey and I spotted him and yelled his name across the lot 

" Joey!" I said and waved frantically. He saw me and waved back and we both laughed. We caught up with him and saw he had another boy with him. He had spiked u hair like Joey, but it was brown and auburn. He had blue eyes as blue as the sky. 

I shook his hand and accidentally missed his name, or aything he said really. Oops! I looked at him and said " I'm Savannah." I smiled and let go of his hand. Joey hugged me unexpectedly and I blushed a bit. I hope it wasn't noticable. We headed out towards the mall.

After walking around for a while I looked to my right and Saw Joey and Tyler talking and it was left to me and Sawyer. I looked up at him and said " so.. What's your name again?" I asked him 

" Sawyer. Sawyer Hartman" He looked down at me as we faced eachother. Joey and Tyler were next to us talking about their next collab. 

"I like that name" I said and blinked slowly, not wanting to look away from him. He was REALLY attractive. He smiled at me with his perfect teeth.

" I like yours too" He said and smiled once more. His blue eyes shinning in the sun above. We talked fro quite some time. What seemed like an hour. I didn't complain though, I loved to talk to him. After a bit Joey and Tyler joined the convo and we talked about us collabing tomorrow. we all agreed and went home. 

I walked next to Sawyer to his car and when we got to his door I said " So.. see you tomorrow!" and we smiled. We hugged goodbye and before i knew it he leaned in to kiss me. 

It was soft and unexpectable. I clsoed my eyes, but backed away after a few seconds. 

" I'm sorry.... I... I have a boyfriend...." I said and looked away awkwardly. He looked down at me and said 

"Oh no.. I didn't mean anything.. I mean... I'm sorry" He looked sincere and I said it was okay. He got in his car and without another work his yellow sports car was out of sight as well as Joey was. I sighed as Tyler came up behind me and said that we should go. I agreed and we left. The only thing I could think about was that kiss.
