CHAPTER 11

Tony's POV

Ziva and I are having an amazing time here in Aruba even thought we haven't been out of our hotel room very much since we got here a few days ago. This is the most alone time we got since the twins were born and I do miss my boys but we really needed this. Abby sends pictures showing us that their fine and they seem to be enjoining their time with their aunts

It's around seven in the morning and room service just brought up our breakfast that we sat in bed eating

Ziva: we should head out to the beach today and go for a swim or something. The view we have is beautiful and it's warm out

That sounds like a good idea and I made dinner reservations for later tonight. I actually thought we could talk for a little while

Ziva: what's on your mind?

I've been thinking about us and our future. I know we have Caleb and Eli our two amazing sons, but I was wondering if in the future you'd want more kids? I'm just asking in general because I want to know how you feel on the situation

Ziva: honestly I haven't really thought about it because the boys are still only a few months old at this point, but in the future maybe we might end up having one or two more little DiNozzo's running around the house, but not anytime soon. Do you want more than two?

I do, but your the one that has to carry the babies so I wanted to see how you feel. I can't just make the decision for us

Ziva: I like that answer, we will have more babies when the boys are a little older, but practice makes perfect

I like the sound of that

Ziva: I thought you might, the beach could maybe wait until a little later. I have a much better plan for my morning now

Does it involve us not leaving this very comfortable bed?

Ziva: It does

Good, today's going to be a very fun day much like the first three We've spent here

Ziva's POV

I was disappointed that our week in Aruba had to come to an end, but at the same time I was happy to get home to my boys who I haven't seen in seven days. As soon as tony pulled I to the driveway I got out of the car and went inside to see my babies who were just as excited

Hi babies, mama missed you to so much. Did you guys have fun with abby and Ellie

Abby: they were great, but they did miss you. We had a very fun week with these two and Tony's dad stayed up until earlier this morning. They really love their grandad

He's great with them, thank you both so much for babysitting and abby the daily pictures were great, who knew they'd be so photogenic

Ellie: I think that's a quality they get from their dad and we really did have a blast with them this week. All they do is laugh and their just so adorable. I'd do this any day

Abby: maybe you should think about having one of your own soon

Ellie: I don't think so, the good part about babysitting is that I get to have fun with them and at the end of the day when they get cranky or sick that's where their parents come in

Abby: amen to that, so how was your honeymoon?

It was really amazing, I had a fun week with tony

Ellie: speaking of tony where is he?

He's bringing in our bags, are you guys going to stay for lunch?

Abby: we're going to give you and Tony some time with the boys, we'll see you both at work tomorrow. Bye bye babies

We'll always have time with the boys, they live with us. Stay for lunch so we can catch up a bit because I won't be in tomorrow because I'm taking the boys for their check up

Ellie: sure, how about I give you a hand in the kitchen?

That would be great, I just need a minute to freshen up before heading into the kitchen

I walked upstairs and took a quick shower then threw on jeans and a top before heading into the kitchen with Ellie to make lunch for everyone. We decided to make pasta with sausage and for the boys I made them mashed potatoes and soft boiled vegetables that they just spat everywhere

Tony: I told you they wouldn't eat that stuff

It's just vegetables, their about as stubborn as your are

Tony: well at least their having fun playing in their food Aren't you buddies?

Eli: Dada

Yes buddy, are you ready for me to get you cleaned up? You both could use a bath right now

I think they just want you to play with them, I'll help you with their bath in a minute

Ellie: I can help with it, I don't really have any other plans for the day and I love these guys

Tony: is Jake not home yet?

Ellie: nope, he left out to I don't know where for I don't know how long. Since we're at different agencies now we can't really discuss anything we're doing on the job and he travels a lot so its just me

Okay well you can go and help Tony with their baths while I clean up this mess they made down here. These little munchkins has their food all over the floor

She went to help tony while abby and I cleaned up the boys mess and talked for a while

Abby: so details on your honeymoon, but not the ones I don't want to hear. Tell me what all you did outside of the bedroom

We spent most of the time in our bedroom, but we had dinner in a really nice restaurant and spent a lot of time on the beach, it was just perfect and I'm really happy with him. I honestly feel like right now we have this fairytale relationship and I'm beyond happy. I can't stop smiling

Abby: I noticed, its why I had to ask because you have such an amazing glow and so does Tony. I'm glad to see you happy here. After your dad died things changed with you, I know you wanted to figure stuff out when you left, but it just because I thought I'd never see you again and I didn't even get to say goodbye, so seeing you here and happy make me happy. I already lost Kate, I don't want to loose you too

I didn't even think about that, abby I'm sorry I made you feel that way. I'm here for good, you won't loose me ever and that's a promise

Abby: good because I love you

I love you too

Ellie came down a while later and joined in on our conversation, we had a good time catching up and talking about random things before they had to head out. I went and sat beside tony on the couch to relax

Tony: I didn't know you had this side to you and I think its cute

What are you going on about?

Tony: this normal girl side, seeing you just having a basic girl talk with your friends. I like that

I like it too, I'm at my happiest just being your wife and a mother to our boys and we do have some great friends

Tony: you could always do that full time, being a mom is a full time job, you'd be working just as hard as I am and I already told you it doesn't matter what you do as long as I have you here with me I'm happy

I've heard, but I like working with you and that makes me happy too. I love you so much

Tony: I love you too

Happy Mother's day to all the mom's out there. I wasn't going to update until tomorrow but I figured why not.
