I was lied to for the first time when I was ten. My dad had patted me on the back on his way up the stairs, and he had said, "Izzy will be back soon,".
Izzy never came home.
I sat on my bed, and felt myself at my lowest point at just the age of ten. I finally got myself together a year later, officially taking in the fact that my older sister had gone off to live her own life, move on.
I was thirteen when my mom and dad divorced. My dad wasn't happy anymore, and my mom wasn't nice anymore. She was always being irrational and doing things she would apologize a million times after, but they weren't real apologies.
