3. Most of the characters and all locations in the book belong to Nintendo. Only the plot lines belong to us.
4. If you see two names with a slash then that means that those two people are saying the same thing at the same time. For example (the example is in bold lettering):
Koopa: *to Dry Bones* My daisy chain is prettier than yours.
Dry Bones: Since when?
Koopa: Since forever!
Dry Bones: No way, man. Everything I have is better than what you have!
Koopa/Dry Bones: *start bickering*
