A/N: CHAPTER 20 ALREADY??? OMG

Kaia POV

"Louis."

It felt like forever since I've said his name without anger. It's only been three days, but it feels like a lifetime.

We kept our eyes locked together for a few moments.

Before I fell into his arms, letting out a storm of loud sobs.

"L-Louis," I cry. "I'm so s-sorry."

"Why are you sorry?" he asks, holding me tightly.

"I'm sorry for not letting y-you explain," I sob. "I'm s-sorry for jumping to conclusions. I should h-have listened to you."

Louis didn't say anything for a bit. He just held me tightly against his chest while I sobbed.

I mutter 'I'm sorry' a few more times, quietly, but, mostly I just enjoy being back in his arms.

"I'm sorry," Louis says after some time.

"What are you sorry for?" I ask, stepping back, and releasing a sniff.

"For not telling you the truth," he sighs. "I shouldn't have hid the fact that Danielle was at the club. I should have just told you the truth. Kaia, I'm so sorry."

"Louis..." I begin, not quite sure where it was going.

He pulled me back into a hug, like we were, moments before.

I never want to leave this position.

It's funny how an hour ago, I was ready to slap him silly if he dared to talk to me.

Now, I don't want to leave his embrace.

"I love you," he whispered, only loud enough for me to hear.

I swallowed back another sob.

"I love you too," I replied.

Lia POV

It wasn't until Harry called me to say thank you for talking to Kaia, I realized where she had run off to.

As much as I wanted to speed over there and enjoy the couple being happy again, I have a crap ton of work to do.

I sigh, sitting on the small couch and opening my laptop.

My eyes glare at the screen, taking in all the work that needs to be done.

Letting out yet another sigh, I begin.

Welcome to the boringness that is called: Lia's school work!

It'll all be over soon, though. Graduation is a few months and then I'll be able to get an actual job.

HALLELUJAH NO MORE SCHOOL!

I was in the middle of writing a sentence for one of my assignments when there was a knock on my apartment door.

I debated on getting up to get the door or finishing this sentence, because I know if I leave it I will forget what I was going to write.

I let out a huff, before saying, "One sec!" to whoever is out there.

I type up the remaining few words and slap the computer shut.
