To The Future (The Marauders and Harry)

McGonagall

The marauders walked back to the Gryffindor common room to wait until it was time to go to the Great Hall for breakfast. When they got there they saw Harry and Ron sitting on two chairs playing wizards chess.

"I thought you two would go back to bed?" said James.

"Ya, we thought so too, but there was no point breakfast is starting soon." said Harry, while his knight got smashed by Ron's queen.

"Harry, I find it so funny how you havn't really gotten any better at beating me at chess since first year." Ron said, laughing

<Ha ha, Prongs was never any good at playing chess either> thought Sirius.

"And checkmate" Ron exclaimed. The marauders all started laughing

"Ugh, I'm hopeless. Come on we better get ready any way."  They both stood up.

"Do you want us to bring you to the Great Hall?"Harry asked the marauders.

"Umm, Yeah that would be a good idea" said Remus. "We don't want to get lost, the castle is so big.

"I know, the amount of times we got lost in the first week of first year..." Harry said and then he and Ron went upstairs to get ready.

"Okay Prongs, the suspense is killing me, WHO IS HIS MOTHER?" Sirius asked when they heard the door upstairs close.

"I don't know, Paddy. His eyes are green... Lilyflower's eyes are green. That exact green... and there the same shape too... OMG MAYBY EVANS IS HIS MOTHER!"

"James, would you quiet down, and I was thinking the exact same thing... and they have nearly the same nose too." said Remus.

"Of course Remus is the randomer who notices what noses people have... I didn't see that but then again now that I think about it they are sort of the same." said Sirius.

"Stop calling me a randomer, Padfoot, just because I'm observant."

"I CANT BELIEVE I MIGHT POSSIBLY BE MARRIED TO EVANS!" It was like all James' Christmases had come at once, and he wasn't even that sure.

"Who's Evans?"

<UH-OH>

Harry and Ron had just come down the stairs. They noticed the look of horror on all the marauders faces

"Umm... well... she's, um-" stammered James.

"She's just this girl that we know, her name is... Rebecca, Rebecca Evans. Umm... Alex is completely in love with her." said Remus, thinking fast

<Please fall for it, please, please, please> he thought

"Oh, okay. So are you all ready? The walk to the great hall isn't exactly short..." asked Harry

"Yeah, we're ready. Let's go!" James pushed them all through the portrait hole.

< I owe Moony big time for getting me out of that...> he thought.

In the great hall they sat down at the Gryffindore table. They had just gotten their breafast onto their plates when two red haired twins sat down beside Harry and Ron on the other side of the table from the marauders. 

"Hey Harry, Ron!" they both said at the same time.

"Hi, guys. These are new students that are starting in sixth year this year." Harry told the twins the marauders names. (well their fake names only not their real ones cuz he dosn't know them :) )

"And these are my older brothers Fred and George." said Ron. The marauders and the Weasley twins all shook hands.

"So, you're going to be-"

"Sharing a dorm with us?" The twins finished eachother's sentences.

"Umm, ya?" said Remus.

"Oh, right but please don't shout and wake us up every morning, we need our beauty sleep." said George.

"Well, George does anyway, I don't considering I'm the better-looking twin" said Fred, grinning. The marauders, Harry and Ron all started laughing.

"Shut up, Fred. Oh, look we have Potions with the stinking Slytherins first class on a Monday... Great way to start the week, wouldn't you say?" He and Fred had just been handed their new timetables.

"The Snape guy teaches Potions, right?" asked Peter.

"Yeah, have you already met him? 'Cause if you have we feel really sorry for you, the slimy git." said one of the twins. < wow, these guys are so funny, I can see we're going to be great friends> thought James.

"Umm, no we havn't <well, not in this lifetime, anyway> Harry and Ron told us about him." said Sirius.

"Oh, okay. Well, just keep an eye out for him, he has something against Gryffindors."

"Umm, guys shouldn't we go and talk to Professor Mc Gonagall before we have to go to class?" asked Peter

"Oh, ya let's go quickly" The marauders left their seats and went up to Professor Mc Gonagall, who was now handing out timetables to 7th years.

"Umm, professor? We are new students starting in sixth year with the Gryffindors. Professor Dumbledore told ua you would be our head of house?" Remus said to her while she started walking into the now empty hall outside

"Ah, yes. You are the "new" students Dumbledore told me about." she put a slight emphasis on the word new, making the marauders think she new who they really were.

"Do you know-"

"That you four are really James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew? That your really from the past but preformed a spell that brought you to the future? Yes, I do. Dumbledore seemed to trust me with the information." she explained. The marauders just stood quiet, wondering if they were going to get into trouble.

"And though I dont understand why he dosn't send you back to your own time straight away, I have agreed to help you all keep your true identity a secret" (that sounds like something from bat-man... oh well :))

"Here are your timetables for the year, now hurry and get to class you don't want to be late for potions"she said. They went back to where Harry, Ron and the Twins were seated and got their bags.

"Come on we better get to class" Sirius said. They all went outside where they split up, Harry and Ron going out to the grounds for Care of Magical Creatures and the marauders and the twins going down the stairs for potions.

<Well, time to see what Snape looks like when he's old... At least the meeting with McGonagall went good> Sirius thought.

Well there it is people, the next chapter. Hope you all like it and I'm so sorry for the long wait but i've been really busy with school and stuff. I promise you the next chapter will be good, cuz they meet snape :) what do ye thinks gonna happen, comment below :) The person that im dedicating this chapter to is like my bestest friend ever, so plz show some support and fan her (even though i dont know if she has a story yet, but when she does upload one it will sure be epic :) )
