Ryuk X Reader

Part 1

 I was walking down the path I normally do to get home. Everything was normal. Just then something fell from the sky? I walked over and picked it up. "Death Note... Hahahah this is just a myth! It can't be real"  I flipped through the pages. Nothing was written in it. I put the note book in my bag and kept walking home. 


At Home 

I walked through the front door and was greeted by my mother.

"Hello Y/n! Why are you home so late?" 

I looked at my watch, I was late by only 10 minutes...

"It just took me a little more time to get here I guess." 

I didnt want to tell her about the book. Who knows if this is real or not? I walked up to my room to start working on my homework, who knows when my next test is. Just as I got out my homework i got a text from my ex E/n (ex/name). 

"What are you doing"

"None of your business, leave me alone"

"damn calm down Im just trying to see if you want to hang"

"Thats the last thing I want to do...You know what you did and Im never forgiving you" 

FlashBack

I was 15, I snuck out with Matt to a party. Later that night he got drunk and punched me. I didnt do anything but Im never gonna forgive him. Who knows if he will do it again or not!

End of flashback

I opened my bookbag and got out the Death Note. I picked my favorite pen and wrote down Matt's name. 


35 seconds later I got a text for Matt 

"Im having a heart attack!" 

I started laughing and closed the book. "So it is real?" 

"Of course it is!" 

I turned around to see a tall, scary, clown like man starring down at me. 

"W-Who the hell are you" 

I was so scared I couldnt move or do anything but stare.

"Im Ryuk. The last owner of the book, whats your name?"

"Im Y-Y/n. What do  you mean "last" owner?" 

"Didnt you read the book? Oh..well I guess it doesnt say this, You are now the owner of the book, I am a god of death, Hint: Death Note?, and now a human has touched the book, so now you own the book, and I have to follow you around! Better?" 

"You have to follow me now?!" 

"Yess"
